Excellent property. This was our second year returning to the same unit. We take an annual trip with kids and grandkids and it serves us well. Easy access for our boat, boat slip is included. We like having both an indoor and outdoor pool (in case of rain). Close to shopping. Grounds are well maintained, and the price is affordable. Highly recommend

Overall layout very nice. Like having separate places with the way it's laid out. Was not very clean. The floors in the kitchen & bathrooms were dirty in the corners & along the edges. Toilet seats very scratched-to the point of looking dirty. Carpet is worn & appears dirty. Only half of the grill worked, it was filthy& the grease trap underneath was completely full. Kitchen wasn't as well stocked at it could've been--didn't have tinfoil, a vegetable peeler & only 2 hand towels. Lighting is terrible-extremely dark. Cobwebs hanging from dining room lighting. Sidewalk area in front full of leaves that weren't ever cleaned up so they kept getting dragged into the house. It's a beautiful location but this property needs some serious TLC.

We all had a great time and the property worked perfectly for all of us! The only thing that should be fixed is the basement bathroom tub does not drain very well when taking a shower... standing in water. It was this way last year also. We plan to come back next year again!!

Very nice place to stay. All rooms were comfortable and roomy. Townhome is very nice on the inside and surrounding outside. The household items for use was in pleniful. We enjoyed all the amenities that was offered to us. A few thing that was left behind that was missed by the cleaners. In which I would have given five stars instead of the four stars. Worth the price to stay at for a family vacation.

Beautiful townhouse in a great location! Comfortably hosted our party of 6 adults and two kids with room to spare.

This is a great place for multiple couples or individuals to stay with 3 distinct living quarters for privacy and quiet.

We loved everything about our stay! 6 adults, 4 kids, plenty of room. We had an unexpected rain day…no problem because there is an indoor pool. Boat launch was easy. Loved having 5 bathrooms, 4 with showers. Close to multiple stores if you forget something. Golf cart was nice to have to get around the resort. Also loved the pickle ball and tennis courts…never had to wait. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back .

This VRBO fit my family perfectly! Loved that all of us had our own space ... even the kids!! The indoor and outdoor pool was wonderful for rainy and sunny days! The VRBO was stocked very well with toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom and kitchen towels and the coffee maker was on the blink and I requested a new one and it arrived within hours for the next morning...thank you! The only recommendation would be is to buy new teflon frying pans. The ones in our unit have pretty much seen their better days. Also, we did bring our golf cart which made it very handy for getting around the complex. We will be planning a trip back next August.

Was just right fir are girls weekend.

The VRBO was very nice. Due to heavy rains, there was some water in the laundry room and in the downstairs closet. None of our belongings were damaged and we reported the leak.

Girls Trip, 2nd time here. We have our own beds/baths on different floors. Beds are fantastic! Love it! So convenient to everything! Two of our favorite restaurants are less than 5 minutes away…Bar Harbor & Sherwood Forest. Love shopping every year in Nisswa!!! A couple of issues though * Only 1 channel on tv (are we just dumb?) * Backs of doors & lamps by lightbulbs need cleaning. Yes, we notice minuscule things, but not a huge concern. * May be time for new LR furniture. Saggy couches. Picky, picky, picky. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. It’s perfect for us!

Central to fun!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so nice to have multiple levels for extended family to spread out and have their own space. Property was close to several great spots in Nisswa!
