Whether you have been to Cedar Key 100 times or this your first chance to visit, this is a fabulous location. Cedar Tides is a small, 4 unit, townhouse condo complex right on the Gulf of Mexico. As a corner unit you're surrounded by huge windows overlooking the water, you'll feel as if you're on the bow of a ship. Walkable to downtown and just off G St for Cedar Key's famous sunsets. There are few places that will make you feel this at home with island living!

Bathed in natural light from numerous windows, this top level unit offers stunning Gulf views and unbeatable sunsets. Access the property via an exterior staircase, leading to a beautiful main level. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with an air fryer, invites you to dine in with ease with seating at the counter and a dining table for six.

The living room is perfect for lazy afternoons with two swiveling recliners and a comfortable sofa bed facing a large television equipped with your favorite apps. Step out onto the wrap-around deck for ample seating and the option to soak up the sun or enjoy the shade. From here you can watch the dolphins play in the Gulf and see an array of local birds from Osprey to our coveted Roseate Spoonbill.

Head up to the upper floor to find a nice sized loft bedroom with high ceilings and a queen bed. There is a television with Spectrum TV service. The upper level also holds the units bathroom with a walk-in shower and updated fixtures.

Cedar Tides High requires guests to climb 1 story of exterior stairs to get to the main living area and then another interior to get to the loft style bedroom. This is a second story unit.

Your stay at here is designed for privacy and convenience for a peaceful vacation. Detailed instructions for access and amenities are provided, and our McCormick Management team is available for any inquiries or assistance during your stay.

Nestled on Florida's Gulf Coast, the Cedar Tides in Cedar Key is in a neighborhood that harmonizes natural beauty and cultural allure. The iconic G Street, where locals and visitors gather to watch breathtaking sunsets, is your road home. Pocket parks around the area provide serene spots for relaxation and contemplation. Within walking distance, explore downtown, savor diverse culinary offerings, browse charming shops, and unwind at the beach. Immerse yourself in the laid-back atmosphere, enriched by Cedar Key's rich history and vibrant arts scene. Whether you're on foot or considering a golf cart rental, G Street is your gateway to a neighborhood where every corner invites exploration.

Cedar Key is a walkable community, and Cedar Tides central location allows easy exploration of the island on foot. While public transit isn't available, the pedestrian-friendly environment encourages leisurely strolls. Golf cart or bike rentals are also an option for a fun and efficient way to get around the island.

This is a dog friendly property but we ask that all dogs go outside to use the bathroom, no piddle pads. Please put the cover (provided) over the couch if your dog will be on the couch.

*Parking: Cedar Tides High (upper unit) allows 2 vehicles, 1 vehicle can be parked on to the right of the building along the hedge and the other in the carport. Please do not park your vehicles or golf carts anywhere else at the property. There is NO boat or trailer parking.

Notes:

*No Dock.
*No water access. There is NOT water access from this property, the closest spot to get to the water is the beach at G and 4th.
*The ground floor area and side yard is not for guest use, please do not walk past the carport area.
NOTE: All downstairs units in this complex are under repair from hurricane damage.

**A signed rental agreement is required and will be sent to you with your confirmation message**
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.

    Terrific hosts, excellent communication. The property was clean and well supplied. The location is unmatched!! Right on the water with wrap-around deck, very quiet area and windows, windows and more windows!! We had a fantastic stay.

    Overall, the property was in excellent shape considering the effects of last year's hurricane. There were a couple of minor appliance issues, which the management company jumped on immediately. The unit does need a deep clean as there are cobwebs in the highest reaches of the ceiling and corners. But the living areas were just fine. Check-in and out was seamless. The management company was Outstanding. They communicated with us daily and were very professional and pleasant.
