Enjoy stunning gulf views and uncrowded beaches

The property was easy to get to, check-in was seamless, and the condo was amazing. The view of the gulf and proximity to the beach was also amazing!

The condo was super clean and had all the amenities. The beach walk wasn't too bad. It was a very safe location. We had a great vacation. There were 2 adults and 4 kids.

This condo was a great deal! I loved how stocked it was with beach accessories (including a cart to take everything down to the beach). Very comfortable. We would definitely return.

Great place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Dunes in Unit 405 and would give it 5/5 stars without hesitation. We stayed for 3 nights as a family of four and loved every minute of it.The condo was extremely clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. One of our favorite parts was enjoying the beautiful ocean view from the balcony—it made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great as well. The pool and hot tub were both very nice, and the beach was just an easy walk away, which made everything so convenient for our family.Brian was an excellent owner to work with—very helpful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.We truly felt comfortable and at home here and would absolutely come back and stay again. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The unit is so comfortable and the kids LOVED the bunk beds, they swore they were the most comfortable ever. The owner is helpful and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. The atmosphere here was great for my family to have a relaxing time.

Overall great place to stay. Clean, quiet, family friendly, and responsive owner. Hike to get in to town, but knowing that going in, it’s fine. Only a few minor issues during our stay, but handled appropriately by owner, very promptly. Two things I would be cautious of, there were tons of yellow jackets in the pool, mainly the indoor section. Not the owners fault, but the condo doesn’t leave a net to scoop anything out, the lady would take it with her when she was done. My kids got stung on multiple occasions. Also, it appears a house is being built, which will directly obstruct the view of the ocean, like in one of the photos of the property. Updating that photo will be crucial once the home is framed.

Easy check in, great clean place to stay. We had a great time!

The condo is very lovely and spacious for my husband and I. There is a full kitchen with all that you need to cook or store food, a dishwasher for easy clean-up and even a clothes washer and dryer. This was a great time of year to come, there was plenty of local things to do, places to eat and have fun at. We were within walking distance to the Gulf of America. Brian was very easy to get in touch with during our stay. We would definitely consider choosing this place again when we are able to have a vacation next time.

We had a fabulous week at this rental! Check-in was very easy, the rental was very clean and had everything we needed plus some! The owner was excellent with communication as well. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Easy access to the beach. Loved our stay!

Perfect condo for a couples getaway. Had everything we needed. Complex was quiet and nice. Nice pool, not too busy. Beautiful and quiet beach.

Nice place. Clean and fully stocked. Bed is super comfy. Pool and hot tub was great. Walk to the beach not bad at all. Tacky Jack's was delicious and very close. We enjoyed the fishing pier maybe a 3 minute drive by the Fort.

The condo was clean and communication with the host was quick and easy. Definitely recommend this owner/condo!

Our family of 4 loved this property. The beach was a very short walk, the pool was great to come back to, and the beds were comfortable! You are about a half hour down the island to most things but we didn’t mind for the beach convenience and calmness.

It was beautifully decorated, all beds were comfortable, communication with the owner was really easy. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of all 5 stars was because the shower in the bathroom in the bedroom didn’t have a shower head it’s just a pipe so it’s a little harder to make sure everything is clean and the second reason is because when you go on the balcony the sliding glass door is really tricky to close right to keep the air on so we had to constantly open and close it until the air would come back on or stay on. Other than that everything was perfect! If those two things were fixed I’d definitely book it again.

Our unit was very neat, it had lovely, beachy decor and the beds were comfortable especially the bunks. We played the board games and had use of the beach accessories like the boogie and skim board. The host was very responsive.

Despite the secluded feel, it was only a quick and scenic drive into Gulf Shores, where we found endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options.If you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped, and tranquil place to stay with easy access to both nature and attractions, this is a fantastic choice. We will definitely stay here again!

We love Fort Morgan and the condos at the Dunes are great! All was as described and we loved it! Will definitely be back!
