Views from penthouse were amazing. Easy access to beach and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The view from our balcony was amazing! We also loved the area. Close to restaurants and walking paths. I would have liked an outdoor grill... not sure that is allowed but it would have been nice.

Ants throughout the home. Place was not clean as requested. Maintenance had to be called majority of the stay due to issues with the light, refrigerator, master tub had mold, upstairs toilet stopping up, and door has huge crack. Will not stay again

Really lovely location and condo. Clean! Great base to explore island. A couple of the showers didn't have hot water but we never said anything so I can't complain. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at the Blue Residences. The grounds were very well maintained and the room was very clean and everything operated as advertised. Having the hot tub on the deck was great and was used very frequently by my family. The pool on the property was near spotless and a great feature was that it wasn’t very crowded and lounge chairs always available due to there being two pools. We used the gym everyday and the office allowed us to stay a couple hours past check out as we had our departure flight later in the day which was clutch and allowed us to really get in a good half day. The staff was also very nice and attentive. My wife and I was already deliberating that if we come back we’d probably stay here again as the location was very close to the superstore and right between Palm and Eagle beaches. We also did the national park and other excursions and it was all 25-45 min away. Good central location.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The Penthouse and property were incredibly well maintained and in a peaceful, quiet area—perfect for relaxing. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially at sunset, and also great for people-watching during the day. We loved spending time at the pools, which were clean, spacious, and never too crowded.The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or quick drive to Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, and more. Juanita Beach is just across the street—it’s on the smaller side, but it has shady palapas and a little jetty that makes the water extra calm and perfect for a lazy float or a chill snorkel. The residences are just minutes from Super Foods, which made grocery runs easy. The concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and full of great recommendations.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and perfectly located home base in Aruba!

Superficially nice, but run down. Uncomfortable furniture and overall needing repairs. Couch is esp filthy. Concierge lady could not be more unfriendly and less accommodating. The beach across the street is not nice. There’s a reason very few people there. Tiny piece of beach that is mostly used for boats and jetskis. Sandblasted by the wind (although this happens all over Aruba). Hotel employees from Hilton blaring the radio. Smoking is allowed outside in Aruba. Eagle beach is 20min walk which is fine if you plan to just rent chair/umbrella when you get there (60-70 cash per umbrella), but it’s far when you are lugging beach equipment. People staying close to Eagle beach take all the waterfront free palapas in advance, so don’t plan on snagging one. We came at 8 am and all were claimed. If we had rented a car, things would have been a lot easier, but we tried to rent once we were here and they wanted to charge 1200 for 4 days. They said they didn’t have any cheaper rentals left . So we taxied everywhere, but they are difficult to get on the phone sometimes and don’t show up when they say. No Uber/Lyft. Buses might work out if you only want to go along the main strip and don’t care when you get there. Bus schedule is unclear and not reliable times. (Island time?) We liked sitting on our terrace at sunset. The wind noise being on the top floor is incredible though. The property manager seemed nice but only directed me back to the rude concierge lady for everything.

Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the deck. Staff friendly and accommodating. Lots of room in the property for my family. Location was perfect! Great work out area and pool. The host provided enough towels, and kitchen supplies were fully stocked. Great place for a big family to stay in.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at blue residence. The condo was a short walk to the beach and just a short cab ride to many wonderful restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo! My husband & I, our 2 daughters with their boyfriends & our grandchild stayed here. The set up is wonderful with 3m separate bedrooms (with baths). Also, a nice TV room with pull out sofa for the granddaughter all on the bottom floor. The top floor had another bath with a awesome patio and an amazing view. The only issue we had was there are no locks on any of the bed or bath doors. Unfortunately we had one small walk-in on occurrence since the bath doors do not have locks. Other than that, wonderful property. Great parking, great communication with the owner & also directly across from a bus stop for anyone without a car. There is a beach right across the street and the location is also close to a grocery store, restaurants & all kinds of shopping.
