Quick heads-up: Trash containers and a storage unit for the project are located on the South Side of the Clubhouse. Please avoid parking in coned-off areas to help keep things running smoothly.

Casago House Rules

** Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using flushable wipes.
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

    Cleaning was poor. We notified theProperty manager and sent pictures. They re-cleaned windows and mirrors but we had to buy cleaning products to clean other things ourselves. This condo needs a deep clean and updates. Location and amenities are great.

    This property is quiet and relaxing. For those enjoying shopping and events located in Old Town, this is a perfect location. Much less congested when compared to North Scottsdale. If you prefer to eat out, No worries. However, if you enjoy creating in the kitchen, best move on in your search. The Kitchen accommodations lack in lighting, quality of cookware, and utensils.

    Good place to walk, but some of the sidewalks are really close to the road, once you are on the greenway it very safe. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, old town.

    Helllo, Heavy set fellow above the unit and you can hear every steps he makes. Very annoying. Master bedroom has extremely squeaky bed. Any move will trigger it. Both bathroom outlets in master bath don’t work. There’s an odd odor in the unit so I assume previous smokers. They’re signs all over complex that say anything less than one month lease is a violation. Not a very welcoming feeling for short term guests. Pool and fitness and location are pretty good. Next to a few golf course and several restaurants. It’s ok but needs disclosures. I’d recommend living in an upper unit. Casago was a nice service and helped me with any questions. Thanks

    Fantastic location very comfortable, the master bed needs to be changed as it squeaked every time you moved, shower handle pulls off when turning, loved having the laundry in the unit(maybe install a push to light bar above the dryer) as we look for that when renting, I would absolutely rent this condo again

    There was a problem with the outlets in the two at bathrooms which made them impossible to use the hairdryer. The circuit blew. The blinds in the living room need to be replaced, The master bedroom blinds did not work, Measuring cups are needed, We found ants on the shelf, The knives need to be replaced, they were dull, Instructions for working the tv are needed, Otherwise we enjoyed the location,

    This property is located close to Old Town and many other attractions. Very clean and easy to access. We were very happy with our stay.

    One pool heater was broken, but overall a good experience. It was located in an easy to access location. The rooms were a nice size and the private patio area was nice.
