The condo was very clean, the bed is super comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking, bbq'ing and beach going! It is incredible to watch the sunset right from the lanai and to wake up in the morning and have breakfast and coffee overlooking the ocean!(That never gets old!) You can see the turtles swimming in the crystal clear water pretty much every day! It was magical! We also loved the walkability of this condo...great restaurants, health food store, cafes and of course the two greatest beaches!PMI Property Management Company is simply the best. They are so responsive when you have any questions or requests. I highly recommend using them for any of their properties as they have high standards and are very transparent in telling you what to expect with each property. I highly recommend this property and PMI Management for your stay on Maui!

The location of the Royal Mauian is perfect. Beautiful beaches, stunning views, and great restaurants and amenities close by. And this suite is gorgeous. Tasteful decor and everything you need and want, including lots of space for your things. Matt was super easy to work with before and during the trip, but nothing really came up because everything was seamless. We will absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, which was well-equipped to meet the needs of two couples. While we did have a minor issue with the hot water at first, the response was quick, and the issue was resolved promptly, which we really appreciated. The location is great, with several stores nearby that provide everything you might need. The view from the lanai is absolutely unforgettable—being able to watch whales and turtles from the comfort of the condo was a major highlight. We were also in a great spot for easy access to various excursions.That said, it’s important to note that the property has quite a few rules, especially around the pool area. For example, no food, toys, inflatables, snorkels/fins, or noise/music/cell speakers (headphones only) are allowed by the pool. This makes it less ideal for families or those looking for a more playful atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to brown water advisories, we couldn’t swim in the ocean for much of our stay. As a result, the pool restrictions (along with it's cool temperature) became more noticeable during our downtime.While we were really happy with our stay overall and would stay again, this property may not be the best choice if you're seeking a more lively experience.

Amazing condo! We stayed here for just over a week in January. The space was perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 adult children (ages 22 and 19). We loved watching whales from the lanai during the day and falling asleep at night to the sound of the ocean. Close to the beach and walking distance from stores and great restaurants. Property was as described and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Management was very helpful - immediately responded when we discovered broken beach chairs. I've already recommended this place to friends!

This is probably the 15th time or so that I have booked through PMI for my Maui accommodations and I will never use anyone else. Matt and Tonya pay such great attention to detail and are committed to making your trip the best experience ever. I never have to worry if the unit I book is well stocked or not...they make sure that you have what you need when you arrive. This trip we stayed at the Royal Mauian for the first time and it was such an incredible experience to be right on the ocean. The unit is spectacular and had everything we needed. We could see the sea turtles swimming every morning! The beach is right outside your door and it's magical! We walked along the beach every morning for 2 was heaven. There is an amazing coffee shop right across the street that has great coffee and delicious breakfasts. Also across the street, there's a Natural health food store that has great quality groceries and great food you can order. You can also walk to a fantastic Thai restaurant...We actually loved the location and this unit so much that we booked it again next year!

We loved staying here and we'll definitely be back soon!! Clean, updated condo with Gorgeous Beach and Sunset views from the lanai and rooftop deck!! Watch turtles throughout the day as you relax from the condo or on the beautifully maintained property grounds. Your vacation awaits... Imagine waking up, walking on the beaches to the left or the right of you, cooking breakfast in this great kitchen, going snorkeling or swimming, relaxing on the beach or lanai, walking to great shops and restaurants for lunch, grilling dinner on rooftop deck and watching the sunset. This is how chill some of our days were while we were here! We also drove to luxury shopping and upscale dining just seven minutes away. Great fishing, hiking and ziplining in the jungle are all great adventures we had while in Maui this time as well!! Can't wait for our next trip!!
