Enchanting ocean view condo with pool, lanai, full kitchen, & washer/dryer

Great location and beautiful views. The unit was clean. We came with another couple and we found that for 4 people the seating arrangements werea bit uncomfortable. Although each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, the sitting area was not set up to accommodate 4 adults. The sofa could sit 3 although a bit tight and the chairs around the island are VERY uncomfortable to sit on. Some of them are falling apart as well. On the lanai, there are only 2 chairs so if we wanted to sit out there as a group, we found ourselves sitting on the little beach chairs. Other than that we had everything we needed.

The place was great! Beautiful place to stay, and right across the street from the beach which was nice. We made many stops at the shaved ice place down the street!!

Had a great stay for 3 nights in Kihei before heading over to Kaanapal for another week.

Nice place to stay in a quaint little building. For the price it was well worth it. The stairs leading up to the apartment are a bit steep and if there aren't any windows open in the living room it can be a bit muggy.

The location of this rental for us was perfect. You are next door to so many food options. The beach is less than 10 min walk which is great. The sea view from your balcony was incredible and the highlight of this place. Sunsets and wave watching all day. The pool was nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable.Now for the improvements. The whole place needs some maintenance. It's small things that don't affect your holiday but also would be a quick fix so frustrating as a guest. Things like the toilet holders are nearly falling off wall, the bar stools I wouldn't dare sit on as they were unstable. Decorating has been done sloppy. The doors and windows are old and needs replacing. The balcony door was locked with a screw as a cheap fix for the lock breaking. There is air con in the bedrooms but it is incredibly loud you couldn't sleep with it on, thankfully the evenings cooled down and it was comfortable to sleep without it....but if it had been hotter this stay would have been unbearable. I didn't find the communications great compared to normal rentals. Responses felt in personal and AI generated. Also wasn't happy my email was provided to building manager without my permission due to another resident looking for a missing parcel....in the EU that is a breach of data sharing law. Management company should have spoken to me directly instead of sharing my information. 4 star due to view and location, condo alone would be 3 star.

You know, there are properties out there, that are good. Spot good. Interieur good. etc. This one here is better than that. Is it perfect? No, not yet. There is room for improvement for sure(AC in the living room/kitchen missing, makes it very uncomfortable in the heat). But the rest is great. The spot? Just over the street is a tiny but great beach. Surfing lessons? Ask on the neigbouring property or book some hours with on of the other companies that use exactly that beach for beginner lessons online and park in the parking area just 3 minutes away. Supermarkets, food in restaurants or from food trucks? All in walking distance. Bedrooms in the back stay quiet while it gets crowded in the front in the morning. Too bad weather for a swim on the beach? Use the clean pool. We slept like stones on these beds. And if you want to get to one of the bigger supermarkets (Wholefoods, Target, Walmart or even Costco): 20minutes per car and you get em all. Or you want to get to the airport? 25 minutes. We would come back here for sure (even without the AC) anytime.. Enjoy your stay.

Excellent location , would stay there again

Great location across from the beach and close to restaurants. Bedrooms were air conditioned but main living space was very hot. Two bedrooms to sleep four people but only two chairs on the balcony and only a couch for two in the living room
