Only blocks away from the ocean in each direction, this slice of paradise has access to a shared Jacuzzi and the largest pool on the island, the perfect place for a getaway with your loved ones. There are grills in the covered patio at the clubhouse, making it a perfect place for bigger celebrations. Enjoy views of Schlitterbahn, tour Queen Isabella Memorial Park, lay on the white sands, participate in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing and snorkeling, and make memories that'll last a lifetime. There is even a restaurant and bar on the beach for your convenience!

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space of 600 sq ft. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush sofa and watching a movie on the large cable TV, or cooking up beach picnic snacks in the kitchen, equipped with plenty of cupboard room and a breakfast bar. Get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities in one of the three beds or the sofa bed. At the end of the day, watch the boats roll in against the backdrop of a beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunset.

THINGS TO KNOW
This condo has shared laundry facilities on the second floor.
Wristbands and parking passes will be in the unit upon check-in. Wristbands are required at this complex and must be worn at all times. They are free for guests except for Spring Break and Holy Week. SPRING BREAK AND HOLY WEEK- You are REQUIRED to check in at the Gulfview office to pick up your parking pass. Wristbands are $40 EACH to be paid IN CASH. There is an ATM located down the street.

**There is a $60 replacement fee for bracelets and parking passes not left in the unit. **

*** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.
** **The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.     Wonderful getaway rental. Went with family and friends. Room was clean, has great A/C, and great amenities. Pool area was nice and spacious and very clean as well. Host communication was great and check in was simple and easy. Thank you for your hospitality!

    My kids (teens) loved the pool area and the distance to the beach. Huge plus when they say they would love to go back. Is away from all the traffic and businesses, however, there is free bus service to the other side. The complex is very clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommend for families with children of all ages.

    This condo is amazing! It was perfect for my family and I. We got to enjoy a worry free staycation with luxurious amenities, comfortable beds, and just a beautiful home in general! Thank you for such an easy trip! It was exactly what we needed!

    I enjoyed the room we booked, the rooms were huge and it was a very spacious space but the only complaints i have is that the room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. Once we got the A/C running, it helped get rid of the smell but it always lingered. The other thing was that we got into one of the beds that was supposed to be clean and it was sandy! That was a big turn off as the room was supposed to be clean. The pool area was nice and roomy as well and big enough for everyone.

    Had a bad experince wanted to get charge extra for wrist bands to use pool and be on property when nothing was mention on original agrement with verbo wristbands were mention but nothing about having to pay extra for pool use and to be on property

    Used it as homebase to visit Starbase and watch the launch. The parking passes were in the room which wasn’t made clear to us before arrival. The property caretaker was very kind and helpful.

    the view of the pool was awesome it was so spacious and clean with a great kitchen and just a wonderful place for me and my friends to enjoy our weekend
