We love Emerald Surf, Navarre is our favorite beach in Florida! Very nice unit, but needs a little attention to some maintenance issues, and needs a deep cleaning. The secondary bathroom bathtub did not drain well at all, it would fill with water while showering and take quite some time to drain. Master bedroom pillow cases had hair on them, like maybe they weren’t washed. The refrigerator had a very strong fish smell, and the garbage disposal did not work. We dealt with it, and we still enjoyed being there for the week. Just wanted to give a heads up to the owners.

We were very impressed & happy with this condo! We stayed with 2 small children, ourselves, and in-laws. The condo was well stocked with pots and pans, cups, plates. Plenty of towels and blankets. Beautiful balcony with a ton of seating. The heated pool was so nice! Also the provided chairs and umbrella was the cherry on top of the cake!! We will be back!!

We love Navarre Beach and the property was great. One small problem, the air conditioner filter was clogged with dust. We bought one and changed it out. Back to vacation!

We have stayed at a few different units at the Emerald surf and this one has the best view being up on the 5th floor. Having a beach setup daily was a nice plus. The unit was clean and well supplied. Will definitely rent this unit again.

My family and I stayed a week in this condo. The electricity in the 2nd bedroom didn't work at all. We called the owners on Saturday night (the day we checked in) to let them know about the situation. There was little to no communication after that. Two days later, Monday night, we received a text and were told that the electricians would be there on Tuesday. The electricians were there half of the day with no resolution. We did not hear from the owner at all after the electricians left. Thus, we did not have any electricity the whole week in the 2nd bedroom where my children were staying. The view and beach were beautiful, but having to share the master bedroom/bed due to our young child being afraid of the dark, not having a night light or TV to fall asleep to, as well the electricians having to be there half of a day to no avail was not the vacation we were hoping for.

The condo had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was quick with the few questions we had. The location was great and the beach perfection. Highly recommend!

The property was in excellent shape. Just the right size for us. We took advantage of the beach umbrella that came with the property. We had a great time. The view from the balcony was to die for. My only complaint was the bathroom was the height of the bathtub Getting in and out was not easy for me. Some suction cup handles would be appropriate

This is our 4th year coming to Navarre and first time at this condo. The condo location was wonderful, not as crowded as other condos. Overall our stay was wonderful. However, the room was not clean. When going on vacation I shouldn’t have to buy cleaning supplies to clean things. The tub in the second bedroom was disgusting and I would not put my kids in it until it was cleaned. The stand up fans and ceiling fan were not useable due to the amount of dust on them. My husband changed the air filter that looked like it hadn’t been changed all year as it had 3inches of dirt and dust on it. For the amount of money paid I expected this to be cleaner and was very disappointed.

This property was well maintained, clean, comfortable, quiet, and perfect for us! It’s a little dated but that didn’t affect our stay at all. We come to the beach every year and would stay here again without any hesitation at all! Our goal was to get away and relax and this was the perfect place to accomplish that goal.
