Beautiful view and very nice condo. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with. The pool is super clean.

So the only reason I could not give it 5 stars is because i got a text 4 hours into my trip (almost there) letting me know that the dryer in the unit was not working and when I got there and was ready to hit the bed as soon as I moved the covers back a giant spider crawled out from under the pillow and sheets. That wasn’t a fun welcome. There was also what looked like someone took a poo and it stained in the master bathroom and the door wouldn’t shut at all for the shower so it was half open which wasn’t fun when you would try to shower because it was cold. I had to go to the local shop and buy a whole new wardrobe for my family of 3 because we couldn’t do laundry, something we obviously didn’t plan for and plan on. However when I informed them on what I had to do because this wasn’t fixed prior to arrival they told me to let them know after check out and they would look in to it to give some kind of compensation for my trouble. As of this writing I still have not heard anything or what the plan of action is, and I checked out 4 days ago. Other than those things it was great! My favorite thing about the condo to be honest was that lounge chair on the porch with the ocean view. This is the second time I’ve stayed at Emerald Surf in general and had a bad experience last time so I don’t think I’ll be back to Emerald Surf.

We enjoyed our time staying in this condo. It was perfect location set right on the beach. The only thing that kind of bothered us was the walkway was being built from the condo to the beach so we would have to go to the next property to go to the beach sometimes the gate would be locked and sometimes it wouldn’t But overall a great place.

Our time in the area was great. The unit was fine but we had several issues we needed to reach out to the property manager about. Most were resolved quickly but one took dozens of texts and calls to get resolved. We finally have to involve VRBO to act on our behalf with the property manager.

Great location, quiet and beautiful views from the condo. We enjoyed every minute! I would have given 5 stars for everything but I feel the condo could have been a little cleaner. We will definitely be back!!

This condo is steps from the beach access and pool. It’s technically the first floor, but it sits over a parking garage so you do have to take steps or an elevator. We had three kids and it wasn’t an issue at all and we prefer covered parking. The included beach service chair and umbrellas is a big selling point. We usually stay in Destin and they have gotten so greedy with their beach service and not allowing personal umbrellas close to theirs. This beach was less crowded, but food options are limited. We drove to Pensacola most nights. The only downside of this condo was that it wasn’t the cleanest and did not include any extra toiletries like shampoo or laundry detergent, but would overall stay here again.

Perfect place for me and my best friend to getaway and celebrate her retirement. Condo was clean and had zero issues. The beach was perfect and not super crowded. Will stay here again.

The condo was very nice. It had a lot of kitchen items. Maybe need to put some pot holders in the kitchen. The weather was horrible but the condo was nice and cozy.
