Emerald SeaZ - Gulf Views, Private Beach, Beach Service for 4, Pup-Friendly

This was our 5th year in a row staying at Maravilla and our second time staying in this exact condo.The condo was so nice and beautifully decorated. It was spacious and well-equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it, especially the large, relaxing balcony with a gorgeous view. It was top notch in cleanliness, anf Ann is such a kind and fabulous host. We highly recommend Maravilla and this condo.

Wonderful stay!! So close to the beach!

1. It said gulf front, it was not2. The unit was dirty with sand on the floor, there was dog hair all over the place the couch and the beds.3. The bedroom smelled like dog.4. Bedroom # 2 was the size of a closet so it was far over priced

We spent 10 days at Ann's beachfront property. Wow, it was spectacular. The unit is a very spacious 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. You can see the ocean from unit and even better when you sit on the patio (which is where I spent much of my time). It is pet friendly so we were able to bring along our corgi. The unit has washer and dryer which is amazing on a beach trip. I would 1 million times recommend this VRBO to others. Perfect location, perfect host, and perfect RELAXING vacation.

Rooms were very clean. Kitchen has everything you need . The view from the balcony to the gulf was very nice. Ann is a great host. Will be a repeat customer.

Amazing! Dog friendly, clean, beautiful, and very short walk to the beach. It was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! Easy access to the beach, nice view from balcony. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was obviously a lot of thought put into making the stay easy and worry free. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Such a great place! The beach was visible from the balcony and Master Bedroom...BEAUTIFUL!!It was literally a 2 minute walk and we were sitting on provided chairs/umbrellas on the beach!! The only kitchen item it was missing was a pizza pan and pizza cutter. We purchased a pizza pan and donated it for the use of future guests!! We improvised for cutting purposes with cooking shears! If your are ready for a relaxing week at the beach, you definitely should consider Emerald SeaZ!!

The unit is beautifully designed with soothing colors and tasteful decor, making it very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with all the necessary utensils. The neighborhood is quiet and right by the beach, with convenient nearby amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The place was perfect just as describe, had a little issue with door code at first and the host was very prompt on helping. After that all smooth selling. Thank you

Beautiful property with beach access across the street. Enjoyed listening to the waves from the balcony. Condo was lovely! Clean, had all the necessities & communication was excellent. We can’t wait to return!

We loved our time at Ann’s condo! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped. We especially appreciated that it came with 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas each day. We plan to stay again!

Clean-Host was very responsive-location was perfect-

The apartment was very well decorated with nice furniture and high-end finishes and linens. We enjoyed the water view from the balcony and the master bedroom. Ann, the owner, was very responsive to my questions and the instructions that she provided were very helpful. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s place and we definitely plan to come back.

Loved the location and size of the condo! Everything was very clean and the supplies provided exceeded my expectations! Beach is RIGHT across the street and is a nice ramp (super for rolling coolers!!!). Pool was nice and clean and cool!

We had a great weekend at the Emerald SeaZ. The condo was just as is in the description and was stated in other positive reviews. It is also located in a great spot with great beach access.The only issue we experienced was that although the address and door access code were provided, the condo number was omitted from the VRBO check-in message. We eventually found the condo number in one of the review’s feedback comments. Ann replied to us a few minutes later. This seems to have been a VRBO issue. Ann connected with us each day to make sure everything was going well.We plan to stay again in the future.

My husband and I were looking for a place in Destin that would be of comfort for ourselves and our 16 year old yorkie for the week. This place was beautiful, clean, quiet, and located directly across the street from the beach. We could see the ocean from the balcony/bedroom which made for a serene ambiance. The amenities offered were above and beyond what we expected making our experience fun and carefree. We got to enjoy the beach each day with chairs and an umbrella which was very nice if you are all day beach people like we are. It’s also within an easy walk to local beach bar/restaurants which we took full advantage of. 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend staying at this condo for your next getaway.

We have stayed at the Maravilla complex three times. This condo was the best. Completely updated and well stocked. Four beach chairs and two umbrellas at the beach were included in the price. Definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful with a great view. The host was very responsive and really made our stay as care free as possible. Having the double umbrella for the beach with a family of 5 was perfect. We highly recommend this condo.

What a great place! We stayed with our three elementary school kids and everyone loved the condo! Amazing location, perfect amenities, clean and cozy! We played the games provided, completely two of the puzzles provided, and utilized the boogie boards and sand castle stuff. It was an epic vacation and we would book this condo again next time!

We had a fantastic time staying at Emerald SeaZ. Communication was excellent, and check-in was a breeze. The location is perfect, and there was plenty of parking and easy access to the second-level unit. The view was great, and the balcony had a private feel overlooking the back entrance. It had everything we needed for a great stay and we will definitely come back again.

Great stay in Miramar Beach, great communication with the host and the rooms were spacious, first time visiting and would definitely return! Great place to bring your dogs as well, he loved the balcony!

Not a high rise so you don’t have to navigate elevators with several floors!!! Less people on the beach and this condo provides 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas!! Condo is as it appears in the pictures. Excellent stay and would recommend!!

There was some major renovations taking place during our stay so that impacted our enjoyment of the property.

Very nice! The property owner sent us new pots and pans to use when we mentioned that the existing ones were showing wear. This is a great place to stay in a dog friendly resort. We met a lot of nice people and dogs. The beach is just across the street and includes a boardwalk for walking our dog. Quiet and relaxing in the evening. Multiple TV viewing options including Roku and direct TV. Our property manager also suggested going to KennyD's along the beach for a meal and we did. She also picked up the check for us. This is a great place to stay, especially if you have a dog. Many people that we met have commented on how many years they have been coming here. We will be back!

This has been the most well appointed VRBO we have stayed in to date. Beautiful on the inside. Great if you have puppies. Sebastian and Lilo loved their get away. And you are close to all the shopping for your Black Friday or other shopping excursions. Property Manager was very attentive and prompt in responding.
