Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo just like all the rest that we have booked through Helen Phillips @iRentPCBCondos. This condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture, not so much, but we didn’t spend that much time in the condo anyway. We were out making memories with our family and granddaughters.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Helen Phillips when renting a condo!

The condo and property were very clean and well maintained. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly. Great location and amenities. The beds were very comfortable (oddly uncommon). The only surprise was that we had to pay for a parking permit. It wasn’t a big deal, or expensive, but it was an unknown.

It wasn’t a big deal but it was unexpected. Everyone who worked at the property was pleasant and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
