Stayed Jul 12, 2025The view is wonderful, and the furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. This unit is directly across from the elevator, but the noise was minimal during our stay. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would expect, and the appliances are fairly new. The only minor issues with the kitchen are the lack of a garbage disposal and no lid on the trashcan. The beds are comfortable, but the couch in the living room could stand to be replaced; I would recommend sitting outside to enjoy the view anyway, though. I highly recommend Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar across the street as well. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The ocean view was perfect and the sunset view..amazing. Clean and had everything we needed. Beach was not over crowded. Quick drive to get to the more crowded areas. Property management was quick to address any questions out concerns. We will be back!

Stayed Jun 4, 2023The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. Clean, plenty of space, and an amazing view from the large balcony. Nice pool area and very easy access to the beach (chairs & umbrella service included). Easy drive to the restaurants, shopping, and pier. We also drove the other way toward 30A and the towns of Seaside & Grayton and made a stop at The Big Chill (used to be called The Hub) for shopping, food, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again.
