Balcony was fantastic and so was the heated pool and very large hot tub. Location was great!

We had a couple of issues when we first arrived, but we contacted Helen, and she had it taken care of very quickly. The condo is great, and the views were amazing.

Resort was in good shape and unit was clean and well stocked with everything you need to get you by for a few days. Guest bedroom could stand to be updated some but wasn’t at all bad. End unit is nice and views were great. Host is wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Reclining couches were a big plus.

We had a much needed getaway weekend. Condo was great. Balcony view is wonderful.

My sister and I had a 4 night stay at this condo and had mixed feelings about our stay. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful. However there were a few things that detracted from our stay. The water flow from the kitchen faucet was at most a trickle. I notified management twice on the 2nd day of our stay including texting a video clearly showing the issue and asked that maintenance come and fix the faucet. The response was 'checking now' and that was the last I heard. No follow up and no one came to repair the problem. We didn't cook alot during our stay but it was difficult to rinse dishes and produce usng the microscopic water flow. We resorted to bringing water from the bathroom faucet to use in the kitchen. There were some other annoyances we encountered such as small appliances (i.e. the iron) being unusable/damaged and broken furniture. The TVs badly need an upgrade. Beach chairs were included in the rental but umbrellas were only put out on the third day of our stay. The weather was beautiful but we would have appreciated some shade! Finally, this is purely personal preference, we thought the area was just too congested. It was fall break and the beach seemed crowded, this property is a high density one and I can only imagine the crowds during peak season. Traffic was terrible due to volume and road construction, restaurants were crowded. We would not choose to tolerate the negatives of the location/condo on a future trip. We won't be back.

Condo location is good, the view is good and neighbor is quiet. The building is clean and good condition but room for improvement. Condo was not clean upon arrival. Linens and towels were dirty general cleanliness not good. Some basic kitchen utensils missing and some were old or not in a good condition. Short distance to the beach paid the rental. Owner or property manager should take more attention to the condo for the rental price.

Helen Phillips is great to work with. She makes everything easy and is available if needed. We loved the location. Such a beautiful view! Beach service was outstanding. Will definitely visit again.
