Emerald Beach Resort #1432, Full Kitchen , Sleeps 6, Week 6/3 Reduced to 1,910!

Great condo, with nice views.

Furnishings were nothing like the pictures. There were so many rules to follow, I expected a pristine condo. Needed updating badly. Owner very kind and I feel bad saying negative things, although I can’t be untruthful.

No problem check in everything was instructed by e-mail and also we can contact by phone or text if we need to the kitchen was great had we need.we enjoy thank you.

They had an elevator down most of the time we were there. We had problems with the TV not working. Poor communication on what we were aloud to use and not use in the unit. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The unit was clean.

Broken down couch. Cheap TV. Make you do your own housecleaning or threatened to lose deposit.

The condo was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, condo was decorated beautifully (the living room lamps! ), very spacious and homey, everything was exactly as described. The owner was very easy to communicate with and a gem to work with! We watched a manatee from the balcony a couple of mornings, which my girls thought was SUPER cool! The resort is extremely nice, location was perfect! We look forward to returning in the future!

I would stay here over and over again.

The condo was very nice. The view was amazing. Accurate listing. It was a little tricky with having to ride multiple elevators to get to your vehicle with your luggage in tow. The directions the host gave were spot on. Having to be out by nine and washing sheets and towels and starting the dryer before leaving was a little tricky for us because we had to pack up too. All in all great stay.

We took a quick trip, communication was great! The condo was great! Definitely would stay again!

It was great!!! Our host was Great!! Easy to reach at all times!!! Highly recommended.. and I would stay here every time I visit!!!

Great stay for our family

We have stayed at several of condos through the years and this one ranks among the best for our family. Plenty of parking, freaky fast elevators, multiple walking distance restaurants, clean condo with comfortable beds. We loved everything about it and we would be excited to stay here again if available.

Condo was very clean and nice. Sofa was not very comfortable and would have liked for the. Tv to be a smart tv so we could sing in to Netflix

Great communication with the owner. Property had everything we needed, clean, with well stocked cupboards. The 3 pools and the location to the beach was great. Easy access to the parking deck. Restaurants and shops nearby.

We stayed here 1 week and enjoyed our stay the room was nice with all the amenities you would need. And the resort was wonderful with plenty of pools and direct beach access from the building.

We decided to go away on a special family vacation to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. She picked Florida for the destination and from there we went on VRBO and looked for a place on the Gulf Coast and stumbled upon this adorable condo at Emerald Beach Resort. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The condo offered everything we needed and the views from the oceanfront balcony were absolutely stunning! Ethann, our condo owner/property manager was great to work with! You were made to feel welcome and like you were truly an important guest at the VRBO property and not just someone else staying there. We have nothing but great things to say about our time away and our stay at Emerald Beach Resort #1432! It was paradise ?

I could not be more happy about my stay. If there were more stars to give I would. The host was so nice and helpful. The view was breathtaking. I did not have one issue or complaint. I had so much peace and relaxation. Exactly what I needed. The condo was so nice and clean. It is close to everything. Perfect location!! I highly recommend!! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Owner was very sweet and always responded in a timely manner. Place was clean and nice. Would absolutely stay here again.
