Emerald Beach Resort #1432, Full Kitchen , Sleeps 6, Week 6/3 Reduced to 1,910!

We had such a great time at the condo. Everything was exactly as listed and Ethann was very responsive and an excellent host!

Everything is amazing!!! The room is very clean it is exactly what it describes. If there is a problem they get it fixed immediately. I love staying here on my vacation!!!

What a beautiful view!! Stayed 7 nights in April and saw dolphins from the balcony, so cool! Great location close to restaurants, walked to dinner every night (so convenient) loved the heated pool and hot tubs!! Host was great to work with excellent communication

Had to contact renter 3 days before trip. He sent 8 emails 5 hours before arrival while traveling to condo. Sent no code for parking garage waited almost half hr. in car to get it. Informed day of trip refrigerator makes ice but doesn't dispense it. Sofa in living uncomfortable, drapes in living room dirty, chairs at the island cushions dirty, there was what looks like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom where it has leaked in 2 areas the tub does not drain water sits there before going down making tub look unclean, cabinets taped because they are busted. This was notHome away from home.

Great condo, with nice views.

Furnishings were nothing like the pictures. There were so many rules to follow, I expected a pristine condo. Needed updating badly. Owner very kind and I feel bad saying negative things, although I can’t be untruthful.

No problem check in everything was instructed by e-mail and also we can contact by phone or text if we need to the kitchen was great had we need.we enjoy thank you.

They had an elevator down most of the time we were there. We had problems with the TV not working. Poor communication on what we were aloud to use and not use in the unit. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The unit was clean.

Broken down couch. Cheap TV. Make you do your own housecleaning or threatened to lose deposit.

The condo was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, condo was decorated beautifully (the living room lamps! ), very spacious and homey, everything was exactly as described. The owner was very easy to communicate with and a gem to work with! We watched a manatee from the balcony a couple of mornings, which my girls thought was SUPER cool! The resort is extremely nice, location was perfect! We look forward to returning in the future!

I would stay here over and over again.

The condo was very nice. The view was amazing. Accurate listing. It was a little tricky with having to ride multiple elevators to get to your vehicle with your luggage in tow. The directions the host gave were spot on. Having to be out by nine and washing sheets and towels and starting the dryer before leaving was a little tricky for us because we had to pack up too. All in all great stay.

We took a quick trip, communication was great! The condo was great! Definitely would stay again!

Great stay for our family

We have stayed at several of condos through the years and this one ranks among the best for our family. Plenty of parking, freaky fast elevators, multiple walking distance restaurants, clean condo with comfortable beds. We loved everything about it and we would be excited to stay here again if available.
