Excellent condo clean, and had everything we needed.The location is great and close to all attractions.The elevator was a plus! Made checking in much easier.Highly recommend.

Great location, many conveniences for my (older) parents. The toilets were of the small bowl, low height variety, which was the only item that made things a little difficult for people with mobility issues.Well-stocked kitchen except for can opener, but we left one! Also: dryer seemed to take a very long time to dry items, but decks made air-drying easy and fast (for the beach towels we washed, for example).THANK YOU!!

Great for my father with deficits and property net his needs and our family

The house is as advertised. The deck was amazing, but recommend you bring an umbrella for it. The house was clean and quiet and slept our three families well! To help you with packing, there was literally nothing extra provided -not one sheet of toilet paper or hand soap or paper towels. No dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt or pepper.

It’s a great place with awesome views and locale. Easy walking distance to the Boardwalk and Wawa! And nice having a private elevator too! Highly recommend!

Very frustrated and disappointing week. We arrived Saturday, air conditioning failed Monday afternoon. Repairmen came every day Tuesday through Friday. New AC finally came on Friday afternoon. Thermostat in unit read 92 degrees one afternoon, however workers left because it was “too hot” for them to work. My husband uses a breathing machine at night because he has ALS , we had difficult nights. We had 7 grandchildren under age 8 but couldn’t open the window in the bunk room because of no screen. They could not sleep. We tried to make the best of it, because of not knowing if we’d have any future beach weeks with my husbands disease. Also, when the ac broke Monday afternoon, I repeatedly asked the owner/landlord for portable ac unit and he did not give us one until late Thursday night. He got the portable unit from his office on the first floor, it apparently had been there all week. We did get a small refund for our troubles but not enough.

They could improve the cleaning crew. The oven was not so good with a dirty frying pan inside. The was a sippy cup under one of the beds and we don't have any kids that need one. The second master could use a new mattress. But the rooms were a great size and there were many amenities in the kitchen. All in all a great time.

If I can give zero for cleanliness I would. I’ve been staying in Ocean City for the past seven years and I’ve never stayed in house so dirty. The couch needs to be updated it is ripped and sticky and just dirty overall. Every shower curtain had mold on it. I did reach out to the owner the first day and let them know but we never heard back after that. Great location, great size. It really just needed to be cleaned. For how expensive the price I expected a lot more.

Pros: Nice design, great for a large group - was roomy and elevator perfect for our 91 year old mom & for hauling baggage. Large deck with ocean view. Walking distance to boardwalk. 2 parking spaces provided. Hosts very responsive when needed. Cons: Very sparsely appointed (bring all sheets, towels, floor mats, garbage bags, soap, tp, etc). Dont expect anything to be provided. Elevator light burned out (pitch black), water filter in fridge overdue for replacement, dining table/chairs and counter needed a wipe down. WiFi did not work first day. Host fixed by day 2 (network had changed). No bbq. No house handbook for how to operate things. Biggest issue was not having access to all info (check in/out, important stuff, like bring sheets - problematic if flying in) through the app. Important details were in an email from host. Bottom line: Just be prepared with all necessary supplies, flag emails from host, and you will have a fabulous time!
