Stayed Jun 29, 2025Our family has been vacationing at the Sunrise for YEARS and the new property mgr, Colleen, is the best!Property is great, location is great!We stayed in PH2 for the first time because, online, it looked like it would accommodate us best; however, the pictures online are definitely MUCH nicer.We will definitely be back but gonna try a different unit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location within about a mile of Most shops and restaurants within the st Pete beach area. Some restaurants and a Liquor store within walking distance. Publix only a couple mins drive. Beach access directly across gulf Boulevard between 2 apartment blocks.We loved the gulf view and seen rays, manateees, dog fish and lots of other fish in the dock behind. Would stay again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On arrival the condo was clean, spacious and very livable. It easily accommodated our 4 adults and 1 child with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is well laid out and all appliances were working.The view of the waterway and its manatees was stunning from the balcony. The beach was just a short walk across the street. Pool was warm and inviting.We loved our visit and would definitely come again.

Stayed Jun 11, 2023We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was beautiful and very clean. The beds were super comfortable which is a so important to us. The view… oh my the view from the balcony! During the day we saw manatees, dolphins, and a stingray. The night view was my favorite. You can see the beach from the front entrance too. The beach was an easy walk and lots of beach items available. We had an excellent stay and hope to return again! ~Stefanie P.
