This condo is ideal for families and groups, with two full bathrooms featuring granite vanities and tub/shower combos. We provide fresh towels, starter toiletries, and all the essentials for your stay. For your convenience, laundry facilities are available for use within the resort.

As our guest, you have full private access to the entire condo. You also have complete access to the fantastic amenities of the Horizon South resort, all without the congestion of high-rise towers.

Other Things to Note:
✔ No Hidden Resort Fees: Horizon South requires wristbands ($20/guest) and a parking pass ($25). We cover these costs for you, so you won’t have any surprise fees upon arrival.
✔ Booking Requirements: After booking, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of a valid driver's license.
✔ Security Deposit: A $350 security hold is authorized on your card 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, provided no damages are reported. This is processed through our secure property management system.
✔ Ground-Floor Convenience: Enjoy easy access with no stairs or elevators to worry about.
✔ Security: For your safety, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
