Elegant Oceanfront Townhome Has 3 Suites, 5 Balconies, and Panoramic Views!

The view was absolutely perfect, both beach side and town side!The comfort of both livingroom and beds was great.Plus, the beach chairs, buckets, shovels etc was really appreciated.The only downside was, we didn't have any kitchen towels (hand or dish towels) to use.My family enjoyed the condo, beach and town so much they want to move there!!Thank you for sharing with us.

Our overall stay at this condo was very good. Only three small problems were brought to my attention. 1. There was an odor of fish in the kitchen. 2. The drain of the sink in the second bathroom was slow. 3. There needs to be instructions on how to use the TV's. I would suggest that they subscribe to either Directv or Dish TV instead of streaming services which was very confusing to us.

Gorgeous oceanfront home with beautiful sunsets! Lots of space for my family of 6 to spread out & great living/dining area for us to spend time together too.

Perfect location and gorgeous views of Rockaway Beach. The condo was overall very comfortable but could use a new mattress in the second bedroom. Easy walk to several restaurants and shops. Although the place could use some updates and a thorough cleaning, we enjoyed our time there and would definitely return.

The property was beautiful! It was well stocked and clean! The location was right on the beach and just a block away from restaurants and shops. We will definitely book this again!

This is ideal for just hanging out and being able to get directly on the beach in just a few steps. The little stream nearby makes for fun visuals and play and also creates a natural barrier of sorts for the public beach, giving a more private feel to the beach directly in front of the unit. Grumpys was a grand experience and the shops were fun. The balconies were a hit with everyone, as well as the fireplaces etc. Loved it!

Fantastic ocean views from all 3 floors. Facility needs a little TLC. Ceiling vent and ceiling fan in dire need of cleaning. Greeted with musty smell of cooked food odor on entry. Several window shades in disrepair. Bottom floor needed added cleaning. Would have appreciated work space with 2 persons working remotely.

It was a wonderful getaway for us! The condo, with three levels, had great views of the beach.

House was very clean and as advertised, with the exception of the third suite/bedroom. Though it’s noted in detailed description that it really is just a two bedroom, incorporating that into the main description that populates the other the listing would be helpful. Otherwise, a fantastic home on a beautiful coast.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We sorely needed a relaxing and peaceful vacation and it more than filled the bill. There are a few things that might help make the experience better for future guests. A single-cup coffeemaker would be nice. The washing machine needs attention. We were unable to select washing speeds. You really should let guests know that the living room and kitchen are on the third floor and only accessible by two long staircases.

Great place to stay!

We had 8 family members from 5 states meet to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. It was perfect!

Property was well maintained and clean. Good access to the beach. The owner is quick to respond to any questions we had by text. Loved all the balconies and private bathrooms for each of us. If someone in your party has a hard time climbing stairs just be aware as it is a 3 level unit and the main area is on the top floor but we were aware of that before we booked.

I took my adult children and their friend for a stay at the beach. We wanted a place right on the beach overlooking the ocean and we were not disappointed! The accommodations were lovely and we had a fabulous time! The 3 levels were the only complaint, but the rooms were wonderful and we could overlook having to climb more stairs than planned. So many balconies to enjoy! It was right in the heart of Rockaway and our favorite shops! It was surprisingly quiet, which was another plus, though we did go in the middle of the week! lol Lots of great fun! Thank you!

The access to the beach, the proximity to the Main Street of Rockaway, and the views are just a few of the things that make this a great spot!

This charming condo was simply perfect. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, lots of cozy blankets and instant fireplaces. Plentiful beach chairs and sand play toys for all. And the VIEW can’t be beat. Be forewarned, if stairs are uncomfortable for you, this is not your place. Town and shops just across the road. We will be back!

The condo is beautiful, the stairs are tough should be stayed in advertisement for family members that struggle with stairs. We expected stairs but not that many. Site location is perfect, beaches steps away. Very quiet area. Great because you can watch kids from balcony’s

My family stayed here for a weekend, and didn’t want to leave. The property was exactly as described in listing. Beautiful location, right on the beach, clean, very big; the perfect spot for a vacation. We were wishing we had booked a longer stay!
