Elegant, newer, 1st-floor condo with private hot tub - steps to resort marina

Great location, great condoThe nuts, we not give our condo number. We went to 3 doors and tried the code that would get us in... that worked!!!We brought our boat. The communication as to where we could park the boat was poor. Option 1 ( that turned out to be the only option) was to moor the boat for 130 per night plus a 25 storage fee for the trailer. You can park your boat in the driveway for max 24 hours. The big old barn site no address and then we were told at the marina if we park there our boat would be towed. What we learned, ask more questions before renting the great condo if you have an RVDon't know if will stay again if we bring our boat... or budget for mooring

Great location for skiing at Schweitzer. Excellent accommodations and the hot tub was perfect for apres ski.

By far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Very well equipped with everything needed during our stay.

Great location and modern/new condo. Very clean other than the showers which could use a deep clean. A/C needs maintenance. It would make a very loud banging noise every time it turned on which would wake my entire family up about every 45 minutes each night. Because of this, would not stay here again.

Place was very nice. I was with a crawling baby and didnt realize there were a couple of stairs inside. that was the only issue I had. nice and roomy

This property looks exactly as advertised. In fact, it’s even nicer in person. The home was spotless, the location (5 min drive to Sandpoint) was ideal, the private hot tub was amazing, and the little public beach nearby was a gem. (Note, you can’t access the resort’s pool with this rental). The location is very, very quiet. All of this made it so disappointing when we had to cut our stay short after only two nights. There is a VERY loud draining sound that occurs every two hours and can be heard in the two bedrooms. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. After contacting Vacasa, they said they sent someone by to speak with a neighbour who said they hadn’t noticed any sounds. But they didn’t speak with us in person at all. Vacasa was good to deal with and refunded the nights we didn’t stay. I’m writing this review for those planning to stay in the future: until the draining sound is fixed (sump pump? AC units?) I wouldn’t stay here. Or, bring good earplugs.

A very nice condo in a great location at Dover Bay Resort. Condo is appointed nicely, everything we needed. Sofa bed in the studio was a little disappointing, consider a daybed of some sort or maybe turning the studio into a 3rd bedroom? Just a suggestion. :) The A/C unit was a bit noisy kicking on/off but not a huge distraction. Overall, a great stay!!

Excellent visit. Travelled with 5 people. Wonderful experience with Vacasa. Property was spotless, lots of room and was upgraded with nice finishes. Beds were great, and the couch was huge and extra comfortable. Hot tub was a bonus. Easy walk to the nearby restaurant and a small (quiet) beach. Quick drive to Sandpoint if you want more restaurants and/or shopping. Would definitely return.

Let me start by sharing how wonderful has been our time at this apartment. It offers everything to have a great time and feel at home. The quietness of the place has allowed us to rest and relax. Open floor is great and with great windows allowing natural light. The retreat offers more than what we were expecting. I love to cook, so the well equipped kitchen made our meals prep and diet requirements easy. . We were impressed with the house location far and close to everything . We had dinner the first night we arrived a the marina and it was a great experience. Easy access to many of the Hiking Places Dover and Sandpoint offer; we hiked the Schweitzer Nature Trail and took the scenic ride on Schweitzer's longest chairlift on the way back. If you hike the mountain, there is a restaurant at the top with great food, and coming down, the lift which only going down is for free. . This is an awesome home and we hope to return in the near future.

We had a lovely stay and this property was perfect for our family. The unit was very clean, modern and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The private hot tub was a huge bonus. We loved the close proximity to Silverwood as we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday. This will definitely be our go-to rental the next time we visit the Sandpoint/Dover area.
