With two bathrooms, this condo is perfect for families or friends looking for ample space and privacy. The interior has been thoughtfully decorated to blend classic elements with modern comforts, making it a relaxing home away from home after a day of exploring.

*Snowater Resort has four EV chargers available for owners and guests. This is offered for a $10/per charge fee. Please arrange use of the charger with the Snowater Resort office.

*Please be advised that the Snowater Community does not allow for Air Conditioners to be installed in units, therefor A/C is not available in this rental.

*There is very limited cellular service if any, in Glacier WA.

Service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent service failures and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:
We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.

Only 2 hours from Seattle and 1 hour from Vancouver, this mountain retreat offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Refresh and rejuvenate in the fresh mountain air, explore scenic hiking trails, admire wildflowers, and unwind in the peaceful beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Parking:
Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles that will be staying on the Snowater property. You will be given a parking permit for each registered vehicle. You will need to provide your vehicle(s) Color, Make, Model and license plate # for registration.

Pet Policy: DOGS only  permitted (no cats or other pets) maximum 1 dog allowed @ $35/per night

Pet Rules:

We love pets and are glad that you're bringing your furry companion. We just ask that you please follow all of our guidelines, since this is another person's home.
1. Pet fees must be paid in advance of Check in.
2. Maximum 1 Dog allowed (no cats)
3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions)
4. Pets must be over the age of 1 year old.
5. Pets shall NOT be left unattended at any time for any purpose whatsoever or while you are at the ski area.
7. Any damage caused by pets will incur charges for repair or replacement of structures or furnishings and must be paid immediately.
8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise or continuous barking at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. All guests agree to adhere to rules and regulations and county ordinances regarding leash laws, sanitation, and noise disturbances.
10. Any fines or violations will be charged to the guest.
