Elegant Condo with Entertainment & Private Parking - Great Central Location

The AC in the bedroom was very noisy.

Bare but enough for a few days. A bedroom, a pull out couch and shower is all we needed. Great location for walking around town.

Great location. One Block from Duval. Parking was easy. Check in and check out were so easy. The back deck is sketchy, blinds need repaired. Overall very clean and enjoyed our stay here. It is noisy as expected being one block from Duvall.

Great place to stay! Just if it’s a holiday prepare for the influx of intoxicated people.

The room was quaint and comfortable. It suited our needs just fine. We love the nostalgia of the kitchen area, and everything in the unit was clean. Main bedroom AC unit needs to be replaced. It works, but when it kicks on to cool the room, there’s a loud rumble from the unit that is startling. Otherwise, great stay!

Host was fine, location was convenient, bathroom room. Unfavorable: noisy air conditioner, VERY nosy location, tissue paper walls - could hear neighbor all the time.

Great location, easy to walk to everything in the old town. On site parking was a great bonus and the check in and out instructions were timely and easy to follow.

Good: Lots of hot water showers. Cold A/C. Great location. Comfortable bed and fold out coach. No bugs. Bad: Gaps in windows and walls big enough for mice to climb thru. No lock on bathroom door. Gaps around outside doors. Place was comfortable but a little in need of some TLC.

This was an ideal place to stay to see the town. We parked the car in its parking spot in the back of the apartment and never moved it for the entire time we were there. We walked to everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was clean and met our needs.

Loved the area and price

Overall not bad. Location is great. Smaller in person, a little dated.

Fantastic location for walking to all the festivities on Duval Street

The location was the best part of this home. It was close enough to everything but just far enough away to enjoy quiet after a long day. More towels and wash clothes, a broom/dustpan for the sand and some trash bags would have been necessary for a more comfortable stay. The air conditioner had a musty smell. The space was clean but did not look like the floors had been mopped. The beds were clean and comfortable, which after a long day of swimming and walking, was really nice. Unfortunately though, for the price we paid, we would not recommend this property to other people.

We loved the location. We were at walking distance from all the action.
