The first thing you notice when you enter is the beautiful decor and spacious living area. This air conditioned condo is newly furnished with an elegant beach theme. No detail has been missed. Open kitchen to dining area and living room and glass doors allow a seamless opening to the patio for grilling and relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying all that San Diego has to offer. The Master Suite has a king sized bed and attached Master bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. Each bedroom has its own TV. 1 assigned, uncovered parking spot. Carlsbad Village offers delicious restaurants, bars, wineries & breweries all within walking distance. Enjoy live music; a local theater and a Farmer’s Market every Wednesday afternoon. Fun shops and an Antique Village. Watersports rentals at the Carlsbad lagoon are also available nearby! Bike riding is a must in this coastal community. Seasonal whale watching.     We really enjoyed our stay. The unit has all the amenities, is comfortable and very conveniently located near the central Carlsbad village. Walks along the seawall are mere metres away. Cheryl, the manager and the owners Marty and Mary were very helpful and easily available. Overall, an excellent stay.

    Loved being a block from the beach and the outdoor space was wonderful. Close to the village and restaurants. Everything was perfect.

    Two minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to Carlsbad Village. Kitchen supplied with anything you might need to cook over a one month period. Beach Towels, Beach Matts (4) , Umbrellas (2) and Beach Chair (4) available. Large, 5 Panel accordion sliding patio doors increase the size of the living space and allow for a wonderful sea breeze throughout the house. Property manager was extremely helpful, even though we had no problems with the unit during our stay. Perfect location for those who enjoy the beach, bike or run a never ending bike lane along the ocean and walk to any type of restaurant in the Village. Vigiluccis Seafood & Steakhouse restaurant is one block away and a must to check out for those who enjoy an upscale Italian restaurant with amazing views. Book dinner reservations so you can witness a wonderful sunset and great bottle of wine. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a relaxing time by the beach.

    The stay was perfect in every way. The location was one house from the beach The owners and manager were sensitive to our very needs. The condo had everything we could Need. The owners gave us two bottles of wine. Soap beach chairs and towels and umbrella and the kitchen was well stocked.the condo has been completely remodeled. We are coming back mext year

    We began our stay February 9th and had to leave June 9th. Four wonderful months! Cozy, luxurious bedding, FULLY equipped kitchen, great outdoor space...I was/am in love with this place! I hope to be back one day.

    This property has exceeded our expectations. It is well maintained and has beautiful amenities. Plush towels and cozy bedding - super comfortable beds. I would so recommend this to family and friends. I love walking the seawall every day. When I brought a small matter to the owner's attention he took care of it immediately. I don't ever want to leave!

    The unit was immaculate, new remodel and ALL the furnishings and housewares you could possibly need to make you feel right at home! The beds are BEYOND comfy. Shower's are amazing. Possible setbacks are there was a lot of daily weekday construction going on right by unit so that was noisy. The unit above is also noisy with footsteps throughout the night up until 2-3am. You can hear slight street noise from Coast Hwy at night from unit with windows open, but super quiet when double paned windows are shut. You are right across the street from the beach/boardwalk with easy access. Fab unit! You will enjoy your stay! We were there for one month. Marty (owner) is extremely responsive and Cheryl (prop Mngr) is a dream. :)
