Elegant and cozy beach condo for your family vacation with pool and pond

Everything was wonderful! Very nice & clean, pool closed but we enjoyed the area including the outlets & the beach area. Never have I had to bring my own blanket for the bed but I’m sure they are hard to keep clean . Fantastic stay, Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay. We came on an October weekend, primarily for my son's baseball tournament in nearby Georgetown, but we also spent some time in Lewes and Dewey. Good food options nearby.The condo was clean, spacious and pleasant. We tried to tackle a large puzzle together, but couldn't quite finish. Would definitely come again if opportunity presents itself.

Host was very responsive to questions and provided recommendations for the area ahead of our visit. There is a lot to do in the area. Close to Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my girlfriends. We had a blast!

The apartment was very clean and well decorated. The signage could be better. We were not sure where to go once we were in the housing complex. By contacting the host we were able to find the apartment. We had a wonderful stay visiting family.

Everything was perfect for our vacation,it was like being at home, everything you needed was right there,very clean, and decor was great... Our host was most gracious and very helpful I would highly recommend.

The condo was just as the pictures showed. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Our kids loved the pool and how close we were from Lewes and Cape Henlopen. Great stay and a great host.

The hosts were excellent and responsive to all my questions. The condo was probably the most clean we have stayed in since we started using VRBO. The kitchen was probably the best equipped with everything we needed to cook in. The pool at the condo was refreshing, clean, and decent size! The location was perfect! 15-20 minutes(with traffic) from anywhere you wanted to go. We went to cape Henlopen, Lewes, Dewey, and Rehoboth and even took the ferry over to cape May (awesome). We did a fishing charter and caught some fish, a shark, and eel. I recommend Anglers fishing charter! We rented jet skis too and had a blast! Cape Henlopen beach was beautiful! 10 to get in but worth it Awesome trip!

The property has everything one could ask for.Pool, ample parking, ideally located near coastal highway.Cleanliness was great.Will recommend.

Very nice condo. Very clean. Lovely complex.

We absolutely love the property. I took my wife, daughter, son-in-law and grandson and the place was the perfect size for all of us. There were a lot o amenities, including board games, DVDs, a community pool and barbecue grill, which we took advantage of. Including withi in 10 minutes of Lewe's beaches.

Layout of the residence was absolutely perfect for our needs.

We were in Lewes for a baseball tournament. This location was perfect. Close to the fields, Rehoboth and things to do. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. If we have another tournament that was- we would definitely book again!

The condo is really spacious and clean with lots of natural light. It's a short drive into the historic area of town and the beaches. It was perfect for our family weekend trip!

Nicely appointed condo in Lewes.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Overall it was quiet although there were workmen in the unit next door that could be heard. The work was only done during the daytime which was reasonable. The beach is a short drive away. We totally enjoyed the condo and the overall trip. We would stay there again.

This is a very lovely unit and location. Close to everything in Lewes. Wonderful pool, open 7:00 am to 9:00pm !! Wonderful to find a place that has an elevator.

Everything was easy and great for check in and check out. The pool was the best part it was so nice. The master bedroom was absolutely wonderful. Everything was great! Highly recommend!
