Great location and amenities for Disney / Universal area attractions. We appreciated the thorough cleanliness and communication with thus particular units property manager/ owner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse met most of our needs for our vacation in Orlando. The host is absolutely terrible. She never replied to any of my emails and never once answered the phone. She did not give us check in information which became very stressful and difficult upon arrival. The home is decent. The kitchen is stocked with only a few utensils which made cooking challenging. There are no dish cloths provided. The furniture is awkward and uncomfortable. There are not enough towels for the amount of people this space accommodates. Overall we had a decent experience. The pool area is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our time there.

The owner was very helpful. Great Communication. The location was great. We spent time at Universal Studios and at Disney, a great location for both parks.

I stayed at this condo for 5 nights with other friends while we attended a dance competition for our daughters. The location couldn't have been better! The competition was right across the street at the OCCC.While the unit was clean, it does have some areas that need attention. One of the kitchen drawer faces is falling off, the master bathroom cabinets are peeling and part of the wall needs to be patched up next to the shower/tub.Unfortunately the pool on our side of the complex was closed for renovations, but I did notice that there were pool towels in the unit. That will be nice for anyone staying after the pool is reopened. I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay near the OCCC.

Kids loved the pool and basketball court especially. Great location within minutes to most parks.

It was perfect for our 3 families with young children. Proximity to Universal is an asset.

Very spacious condo with great amenities in a lovely resort. The property manager was always quick to respond to any questions. It is right next to the convention center, so very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

Only issue was the queen pull out bed in living room had a broken leg unable to use. Management notified immediately ,was not fixed during our stay!
