Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great for our stay! Loved the upgrade of a keurig in the kitchen and we loved having a balcony street side and beach side. We also loved the table and chair set on the balcony where we could enjoy a meal. On the downside, the decor is a bit dark for a beach feel, the master TV speaker is blown, cushions were missing on the outdoor furniture set making it uncomfortable and the cleaning crew doesn’t leave basics like dish soap or dishwashing liquid for use. Overall we did enjoy this rental and will be back! Oh, and the glass vs railing on the balcony was fabulous!!!

I felt like I was in a cruise ship from the kitchen view and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be very comfortable. We didn’t experience any issues with the elevators, and experienced minimal wait time. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

It is beautifully decorated and adequately supplied. Minor issues noted during our stay: I would like to note that the unit advertises that there is a sleeper sofa, there is not. The sofa does not pull out to a bed and ironing board did not have a ironing board cover. This unit does not come with beach chair like other rooms. I would also suggest that the allowance of only two parking passes for a room that sleeps eight with no plan or options for overflow parking without running the risk of being towed needs to be addressed as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at The Aqua. The condo was spacious and easily accommodated our family of eight. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was supplied with everything we could possible need. The parking deck was easily accessed and the ice machine there was a nice plus! There were good restaurants within walking distance as was the popular Pier Park. We only had one suggestion/disapointment -- with our previous stays in other Aqua units, two beach chairs with umbrellas were included with the rental of the units and were set up every morning. Not so with Unit 2201. This is a relatively pricey unit and I think it would be a reasonable expectation and a big plus for chairs to be provided. If I book at the Aqua again, I will definitely confirm the chairs before I make my final selection. Other that that, everything was great!

Reviewer Comments: We have rent this unit to house part of our family on same floor as 2207 and is very comfortable and accommodating for our yearly Vacation. This is second year in row we have rented this unit. Great beach view and room for our younger families with babies. Everyone enjoys going here and always have a great time together.
