Elegance in Downtown Traverse City

The best choice of accommodation to stay in Traverse City and as a base to explore the area. Excellent communication with the hosts, very well appointed and immaculately clean. A very nice layout for families. The location could not be better and it was an easy walk to everywhere in town and to many great restaurants. Great value, our stay was better than expected. Apartment was clean and had nice touches. Really enjoyed being able to stay in and cook when we had blizzard conditions outside. Even had 2 options for opening the wine bottles, nice! The condo maintenance team was amazing, repeatedly cleaning snow from the sidewalks and putting down salt.

Great location! Wow! So close to downtown and easy to get the wineries and anything we wanted to do. Perfect spot and space. This was a quick anniversary getaway and we were so pleased. The space is nice and there is lots of closet space and the kitchen worked well for our needs. Would definitely stay there again. Did I mention the great location? We could walk to anywhere downtown!

Stayed at building multiple times over the years. Great location.

Clean. Well furnished. Many thoughtful touches to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Maps and local menus very helpful. Needed instructions for HVAC controls. Parking was a challenge.

Our only complaint was the heat pump right outside the bedroom window! Luckily it was cool and late season. It would be e a deal breaker in summer.

The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The location was ideal as we could walk to everything. We only had one question upon arrival and Michael responded immediately. In all, an excellent place to stay when visiting Traverse City.

The apartment was very clean and modern. The host was very quick to reply and resolve any question or concern. The property is located a 10 min walk from the main strip, although there are other bars/restaurants around the corner. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect location with walking distance to everything. Clean modern condo with good space for the two of us. We stayed for a week and the only thing we missed was a dedicated parking space, but it worked out just fine.

I really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect! It was a 10 minute walk from the downtown strip and Clinch Park. It came with all of the amenities for a relaxing staycation. I would def return.

Loved staying at this condo. It was clean and had what we needed to hang out for 4 days. The location is convenient to everything and it is an easy walk downtown which was perfect to enjoy the New Year’s Eve Celebration.

The property was in a prime location to walk anywhere for food or fun. From breakfast on the waterfront to driving across the Mackinac Bridge, I couldn’t have imagined a better “hub” for me to explore northern Michigan and the UP. Owners were very responsive with the couple of questions I had, and I would highly recommend for singles or couples.

Amazing experience working with Michael. Everything was easy and as advertised and then some. I would highly recommend! It was a quick weekend with my daughter. The check in process, the locks, parking, location,and the amenities made everything so easy. I was able to focus on spending time with my daughter and not worrying about where we are staying. Awesome location. Hosts very responsive. We had some brief confusion on the WiFi name. We solved it , but Michael offered to physically come over if we wanted help. Wow. Nice.

Great stop over in Traverse City on the way to Mackinac Island! Great condo in perfect Location to visit surrounding sites like Sleeping Bear Dunes. Music, and great food near by! Very clean and comfortable!

Great location, easy walk to bars and restaurants, didn't spend much time in the condo, excellent communication. May need to pay for parking in the garage next door because parking lot lacks enough spaces for the complex.

Very nice place in a great location. Everything was clean for the most part, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Also they need an extra TV in the bedroom. Other than that everything was fine.

The bed was extremely firm & uncomfortable. Everything else with this property was great. Aside from not sleeping well, this condo was clean & very well taken care of. The location was fantastic & we walked to almost everything which is exactly what we wanted. The building was quiet for a busy weekend so this was nice as well.
