Elaborate Beachfront Condo | Rooftop Pool/Spa

Property is tired had refrigerator but no freezer. Had to supply our own toilet paper and Hand soap. Valet staff was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but the room was outdated and small, furniture was dingy, the shower door was loose, and the oven did not work. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. Not worth the amount of money we spent though. But we had a great time!

The listing stated that there was a laundry on site. There is not. I even bought laundry detergent. The only issue I had was with the towels family of four for a week stay the towel situation was not appropriate kind of gross thought about taking it to a laundromat., But of course, when you’re on vacation, you make plans pretty much daily and it did not fit in the schedule. Other than that, the location was ideal. The property was fine. The employees there were great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was 'ok'. It was one of the more reasonably priced options that were on the beach so i had to keep that in mind. Two things that could have been better in the unit: a refrigerator with a freezer section (we bought some frozen items at grocery not realizing there was no freezer) and the TV is so outdated...had cable with no usable guide and you couldn't stream anything like netflix, prime etc. Plates were dirty and had to wash them prior to using, sofa bed had sheets from previous renter and had food in it. They did have lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a small styrofoam cooler in unit which was nice. The property itself is nice but confusing getting around. Beach bar has no view of beach, there's a bathroom there that you can't use (Tarpon Club members only) - so you have to go to lobby to go to bathroom. You have to go through parking garage to get to beach. To get from pool to beach, you have to take an elevator down and go through the parking garage as well. Overall it was fine for a 3 night stay but I would look elsewhere when going back. Restaurants: Davinci's was amazing. Also really liked 2Shea's next store for a more casual dinner.

Overall both units were clean and made for a good stay.

What a perfect place to get away for a few days! The service at the resort was absolutely top notch. The valet guys were personable and hard working. We never waited more than 3 minutes for the car. The place was super clean and perfectly furnished. We'll be back!

Segunda vez en Marco Island, escogimos la propiedad por la libertad que ofrece tener tu propia casa. Todo perfecto, limpio, amplio, encontramos todo lo necesario para disfrutar nuestra estadia. Lo mejor, las largas caminatas al amanecer y las puestas de sol en las tardes. Amamos cada dia tener un espectaculo natural para disfrutar. Ya queremos regresar!!!
