Stayed Jul 5, 2025This was our first time staying at Edgewater and we absolutely loved it! It’s a great place for family and especially for kids and teenagers. We will definitely be booking here again next year. Our host was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this condo. We had the best week!

Stayed Mar 16, 2024Conveniently close to Pier park and shopping along 98 but away from all spring breakers. Condo was perfect and had amazing views of the ocean! Heated pool and hot tub directly below the room was perfect entertainment for the chilly March weather!!! Debbie was very responsive and provided all needed info upfront for a perfect vacation!

Stayed Mar 11, 2024The condo was a perfect and can not beat location. My grandkids are 7 and 5 and had plenty of room to spread out. Being on the 4th floor was just right for getting our steps in and super close to beach access. I would recommend this property.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023We had a great time at Edgewater. The place was well kept and just right for our family with the two bedrooms. There is a good kitchen so you can make food or go out to eat easily. The beach and pool are really close for easy access.
