Stayed Sep 28, 2025We had a wonderful stay! Condo was clean and comfortable, and the property was beautiful. The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, plus thoughtful extras like beach towels, chairs, and sand toys - which were perfect for our beach days. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved spending time at the pool and having easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 9, 2025All instructions, detailing check-in, what is expected of us tenants, amenities (inside and outside) the condo, and check-out, were very easy to follow. The condo is beautiful and provided us with everything we needed! I even made brownies! The coffee/wine/margarita bar with the lights...WOW. I would definitely visit again!

Stayed Jun 3, 2025I came to Edgewater for a dance competition located at the resort’s convention center with my daughter. This unit looked great online and I want to add to the excellent reviews. While PCB can seem a little dated, this unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Check in and parking were a breeze as well as accessibility to the pool and beach and restaurants right across the street. Nice touches to have beach toys and towels available! Thanks so much for making our trip hassle free!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025I access the unit with no issues. It was very clean very modern set up well the location is in the heart of Panama. The swimming pool at the Edgewater resort is probably the best in Panama City Beach. I have stayed at various places and I must say I will be going back to this particular place. I have no complaints.
