Edge of Cliff Luxury Penthouse over largest coral reef in HI - Beach access & AC

The views were absolutely stunning!!! The property was lovely and well appointed with everything we needed! The host was so knowledgeable amd passed on all the information he had from first hand experience about, shopping dining, places to go and activities. His information was spot on! He was so good about answering any questions we had and seemed genuinely interested that we were having a good time! We could not have been more please and wouldnhighly recommend the property and the host! Thank you again for a wonderful time!

This VRBO is absolutely amazing, nicest VRBO I have ever rented. Our family of 4 (2 college aged kids) stayed here for spring break and it exceeded our expectations. First of all, it really is even nicer than the photos. There are incredible views from the dining table, kitchen, living room and lanai. I loved sitting on the lanai drinking coffee, watching the sunrise, the birds, or the views. Second, the host is very helpful and provided us with recommendations of beaches, restaurants, and activities that all proved to be great. Third, the kitchen is well stocked so we could easily have breakfast and lunch here when we wanted to. Lots of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Fourth, loved the location. It is so beautiful on the north shore and close to Hanalei which is adorable and has lots of good restaurants. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained. The views of the ocean were amazing. The host was responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay there again. Highly recommend.

I give this place the 3 P's:Perfection Princeville Paradise I can't wait to get back. The mornings were glorious sitting out on the lanai watching the sunrise. You couldn't ask for a better location and the host was outstanding. If you want that Aloha Island Spirit, you must stay at this place. Mahalo !!!!!!!!!

Very well appointed and spacious. Views were incredible. Well stocked with water activities and beach lounging gear. A very robust internet/wifi service. Location was perfect to get to our favorite beaches. Within 5 minute drive to market and shopping center.

All I can say is amazing views and sunrise every morning. Super comfortable accommodations and a kitchen you can actually use. 11/10 will be staying again

This place is amazing and better than advertised! My wife and I come to Kauai annually; it's our happy place. We've stayed at several other VRBO rentals throughout the North Shore. The Ocean suite beats them all. It is massive and immaculately appointed. The owners provide a book of referrals for food, activities, and more. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals throughout the stay. Additionally, the owners provide masks, snorkels, fins, beach chairs, surfboards...everything you need for a great time. One of my favorite parts of this suite is the million-dollar views. We were so incredibly happy staying in the Ocean suite. We had a little trouble checking in, but the owner quickly took care of us and resolved everything perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Bill!!

This place was amazing. Well stocked, comfortable, amazing ocean views. Laundry was so helpful. The beach accessories were super helpful too! Would recommend!

Wonderful location, incredible views. Host provided very useful information about the area, along with a closet full of everything we could want for the beach! Condo was very spacious, plenty of room for our family of 5.

Concur with all positive feedback. Beautiful views we could admire for days without leaving. We really enjoyed hiking down to little beach though you do want to time with high tide to enjoy the water. And the North Shore really is the best for native beauty and adventures. We will be back. :)

Let me start by sharing I travel a lot. I share that because as a frequent traveler I have high expectations. I also spend a lot of time selecting a property. Bill’s place is a HOME RUN! First, before we even arrived Bill’s communication was fantastic. He helped orient us to the property and area with numerous handouts and tips. I loved his directions to find the unit which made it easier since we arrived after dark. The space is fantastic! From the moment you walk in you can exhale. You picked the right place. The open kitchen and living room opens to a lanai with a gorgeous view. Every morning we woke up early to enjoy the views with our coffee.The place was incredibly clean and very well stocked. We were able to cook multiple times which helped save on food so we could do more around the island. When we did go to do things around the island the chairs and cart in the condo were perfect for making the beach trip easy. Again I could go into more detail on each piece but the thing I think I should share is that 4 nights wasn’t enough. We will return for more nights in the future.

Everything about the property was amazing, and as advertised or better. Views are spectacular, space was great for our family, kitchen well stocked for meals at home, and plenty of snorkel equipment for our whole family of 6. Appreciated the recommendations, especially the instructions for accessing the magical beach within walking distance of the property. Hope we can return someday again!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. All was as promised and more. The owners have done a very good job anticipating the needs of their guests. My wife and I very much enjoyed our time there.

As somebody who has stayed in many condos in the Princeville area, this by far is our favorite. We look forward to returning. The condo was clean, had an incredible view from the lanai, and communication with the owner was great.

We just wrapped up our stay at Edge of Cliff. What an amazing location and property. The views from the back deck were simply spectacular. We could see miles of the Anini reef system - the water was so clear you could almost see the fish and turtles swimming. We spent countless hours just sitting and gazing at the view.The condo itself was very nicely appointed and spacious. We were very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had most everything needed to cook all meals. Bill was excellent to work with and we also met the caretakers who made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.We did not want to leave to come out - but we'll be back!

This condo has wonderful ocean view within a resort. Everything that we need for vacation is readily available. Love the decoration in it. Everything is great. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying in this property and we can't wait to return again! The location and views are idyllic! The property has EVERYTHING you might need! Cooking utensils, cookware, spices, plenty of dishes and flatware, towels, paper products, you name it.

This property is stunning. We celebrated our daughter's golden birthday. The three bathrooms were needed with our girls! The beds were comfortable, the homes amenities were outstanding. We can't wait to come back!
