Easy Breezy-Oceanfront 1st floor condo in Fun-Filled Summer Winds Resort!

We had an amazing time at this unit. I stayed with my family of 4 and my sister and her kiddos. The unit is decorated very nicely and it’s in a great location - a quick walk to two pools and steps from the ocean. The entire condominium complex was amazing. It’s also very close to a mini golf/go kart place which the kids loved as well. Previous guests left a boogie board and some beach toys in the second bedroom & we added an infant life jacket in case any future guests come with a baby.The only thing I’ll mention to future guests is bring a shower liner with you. It doesn’t appear the cleaning company replaces those between guests and that’s a hygiene issue for me. We picked two up at the DG down the road so it was an easy fix and not an issue for our stay! Everything else was super clean. We WILL be back!! We had such a pleasant experience here and absolutely loved the beaches too. Also the communication with the property managers was top tier. Thanks for having us!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, literal steps to the beach. The condo itself is cute and comfy, easily slept 2 adults and 3 teens. Owners were super quick to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again?

Enjoyed the convenience of the condo being in the first floor, you are able to see the ocean but not the beach. Clean and comfortable. Family friendly. This is our third year staying at Summer Winds.

We LOVE Summerwinds! This was our first time renting through VRBO and I could not have been more pleased!! No lines to wait in. Clear communication and accommodations were as described! The pictures say it all! Very family friendly. This unit is great with kids and located near one of the pools, the stairs to the beach and Ginger’s Cafe!!

Amazing location! Incredible access to the beach and pools! Being ground floor next to the beach is why we picked it and was a huge benefit. Beautiful beach and having an indoor and outdoor pool was great with variations in the weather. Kids loved the indoor pool bc it was heated. We went in early May and it was not crowded at all. They were doing construction on the buildings but it really wasn’t a huge disruption to us, so that was nice. It’s an older complex but has so many fun amenities. And with the construction it looks like they are updating. The condo was very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5. (Kids ages 6, 10, 13) Condo had everything we needed to enjoy a week long stay and was very comfortable and a great space for our family. We noticed some reviews didn’t like the showers but they were fine and clean and we didn’t see a problem with them not being brand new. They worked just fine and got us clean with hot water. It was definitely a great value for us, we had a blast and the owners were available if we needed it but we didn’t need to contact them. We would definitely stay again!

But sockets in both bathrooms didn't work, vertical blinds in living room didn't work properly & when taking a shower in master bathroom your feet took a bath due to poor drainage! Didn't report problems because we didn't want maintenance workers while we were on vacation. Problems didn't stop us from enjoying our grandbaby's first beach trip.

Great ocean views. Very nice unit. Super clean. Property Manager (Heather) was fantastic. Great hostess and responded immediately. Bathrooms could be updated maybe remove/replace tubs. Overall Easy Breezy is a great 1st Floor Unit for a family.

Condo was very nice. Like most places in NC- can’t see the beach from ground level rooms but this unit you could see the ocean. The convenience of walking out your back door and being next to the stairs to the beach or just around the corner to the pool was really nice. Would stay again!
