Easy Beach Access, Newly Updated in B’wood Villas, 2 Pools & Walk to Local Fun!

Extremely responsive host that went above and beyond to make or stay pleasant.

A little older property, but the condo was kept up nicely. Showers were great, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the amenities. We used the pools, shuffleboard and tennis courts multiple times throughout the week. The only drawback is that the “public beach access” actually enters into a private beach so you have to walk down about 200 feet to get to the public beach. It’s not a huge deal, but it is good information to know since you have to walk from the back of the property to get to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place. Clean and nicely decorated

We love 30A. It’s become very special to us over the years. We are aware of the traffic, the long waits to eat, the full beaches. But we go anyway. The atmosphere is awesome. The condo was nice but the neighbors above us stomped across the floor all night. The cable kept going out, so no tv for the evenings. The walk to the beach is miserable! Don’t bring wagons unless you have help. And getting to the “public” beach is very confusing & hard! Neither entry from this condo is easy, especially not as easy as they make it sound. I can’t even imagine trying to navigate that with children in tow.

We've stayed in this complex before, but needed a larger space for more family this time. The condo is great, bedrooms were good sized, 2 showers was very helpful. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also super helpful. The only issue we had was a noisy bachelorette party in the unit above but luckily was only a few nights out of our 5 night stay. Hosts are super responsive and go out of their way to help with any questions.

We had a wonderful, if a bit chilly, Spring Break! The condo owner's were absolutely amazing! They were available for any questions or concerns and had a very kind, approachable manner in all of our conversations! The condo worked well for 8 as stated and the area is just absolutely stunning! There's nothing like a week on the gulf to raise your spirit!

Enjoyed our stay here. Wound definitely recommend. Great communication from owners. Great location. Tons of parking and short walking distance to stores and beach. Pool was nice. The condo was clean and a good size. Master bed was super comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. There is no pantry. There are 2 empty cabinets. We stayed for a week and had a full house so groceries were taking up all the counter space. The condo is on the 2nd floor. The people above us were a stampede every morning at sunrise. Bring earplugs if you like to sleep in. Otherwise we had a great experience and would stay again.

Wonderful location and welcoming, clean accommodations!

Vitamin Sea was a wonderful place to stay for our beach vacation. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach, there were multiple activities to do at the condo complex, and we were tucked away in a beautiful unit at the back of the complex. With short rides to the neighboring towns, our stay in Seagrove was fantastic. Property manager was excellent to work with, was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had, and the unit was the perfect size for our family of 6. Grateful for our time there!

Great: near an excellent restaurant, great parking, very good amenities, close to Seaside which is the best community in our opinion, spaces in the condo worked well for sleepingNot so great: footsteps above are very audible, MBR mattress and pillows are overused, sitting area small for a big group, not informed of 7pm curfew for kids under 18

Plenty if room inside the unit. Chairs and umbrella for the beach. Very enjoyable.

We loved staying at Vitamin Sea (minus the group of younger adults staying in the unit above us all week). Robin checked in with us upon arriving and she was available if we needed anything during our stay (we didn't). We enjoyed the location of the unit near the back of the property so it was quiet and not right along the main road. The beach items provided was a nice plus to use each day. We went to both swimming pools, they are both good size with lots of seating around. The main pool also has bathrooms right next to it. The kitchen is stocked with the main items you would need. Property is as described and location is perfect. Our kids enjoyed walking to Tom Thumb each day to get a slushy for the beach. Unfortunately, we had a sick child one day and needed urgent care which is in walking distance from the unit. Perfect weather for our vacation week.

Everything was perfect our host Robin Riley is the best ! This was a repeat stay and how to do it again.

The condo was a short walk to the beach. We loved the beach chairs they provided. The bedrooms had plenty of space and kitchen had all we needed. The only thing we would suggest is maybe two couches or small sectional so the 5 of us could sit comfortably and watch a movie in the evenings. We would totally stay here again, we loved it!

The owners were very nice to work with and very supportive of our first time doing VRBO. This condo is in a very good location in my opinion. This part of Florida it was nice to have golf cart to travel for dinner and Publix groceries. The condo was very spacious and still cozy for family time. I would return

Our stay at Vitamin Sea was perfect! It was our one year olds first vacation and we had an amazing time. The one and only thing we could say is that the condo was a little dark, just needed more lights in the rooms. Other than that it was fantastic!

Perfect location with a short walk to beach. Our family loved the balcony to relax! Pools were very clean and refreshing.
