Easy access ground floor unit close to parking lot, conveniently located to all NSB has to offer

This is our second time staying here and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Clean and well taken care of. Bed is nice and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with things you need and things you didn’t know you needed. The owner is absolutely sweet and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. This condo is on the beach, there is an activity court and a large pool available. There is a code to go to the beach, so only guests at this location get to use it. Super close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic place!!!

Overall, the unit was clean with a quick and easy walk to the beach. It was comfortable and the host made it feel like home. We would stay here again.

There's every thing you need for the kitchen. Bedroom is very comfortable. Nice pool, right on the beach, what more could you ask for.

Very open kitchen with lots of cabinets full of items needed for a great stay. Tastefully decorated and well stocked. Washer and dryer in unit. Convenient locations with easy access to parking lot, beach, and pool.

The unit was perfect, great location on the beach in NSB. No issues with parking or finding the unit or amenities. Had everything we need to cook for the times we didn't want to go out. Great beach vibe, smart TV, very spacious. Perfect for our weekend getaway.

I live in new Smyrna, but we love staying on the beach so during the summer I always try to rent a couple condos for me and the kids. Of all the years that we’ve been doing this I really have to say this one I did feel at home. There was everything you needed to be comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. I have back problems and I had the best sleep those past few days than I have had in a while. The two futon beds in the living room were perfect for my kids and their two friends to sleep on the pool was nice and refreshing. We were on the first floor so that was nice. The host was very attentive. Anytime I needed to ask her a question she got right back to me. Overall we had a good time. The only issue was the security guard for the pool area was a little bit too much. It seemed like every time we were on our porch he popped up and would just sit there and talk about something and then I didn’t really like the way he treated one of my kids friends, but that’s a different issue but overall the property was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

I came with my two adult daughters & two grandkids, 15 & 13. Although it was cramped when we were all in there, I wanted to show pictures of how it looks with both beds down. We managed well, so well that I am trying to secure dates for next year! We’ve been coming for 3 years, but our first time here. We LOVED it!! The easy walk to the beach was great, but the selling point was the huge outdoor box full of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs & umbrellas. EVERYTHING we needed for a great beach vacation! This was the most well equipped of any condo we have rented. Hands down this is THE place to be! Extremely quiet & private. My only complaint was the metal push button code to gain access to the beach. I understand the need for security, as the public beach is right next door, but the numbers were hard to push, & it took me 3 tries (at least) to get in/out. Maybe an upgrade to digital would last longer in the salt air.

Well equipped unit close to the beach!

We have been renting this unit for a number of years and appreciate being on the ground floor. Updates were recently done.

Great location close to Flagler Ave., excellent dining close by. Direct access to the beach with well kept pool.We'll be back next year!

Nice property in a great location in NSB. Beachfront, walkable to shopping and restaurants nearby. Well-equipped condo.It is worth noting that at high tide, the beach is quite narrow with a lot of the available real estate taken up by cars that are allowed to drive and park on the beach. The rest of the beach is still wet from the tide water. If you like to lie on a towel instead of sit in a chair on the beach, expect to get wet.

We had a wonderful stay. So many things to do nearby. Lots of good beach walking right outside our door.The owners are quick to respond and fix any problems, which were very few.

Conveniently located walking distance to many yummy places to eat , beautiful shops on Flagler, and of course sunrises to bring peace in your heart . Always love staying here . Well stocked with amenities to cook a meal or have a quick snack.

This one bedroom condo is like our home away from home. We have everything we need for a comfortable stay. Great location convenient to shopping and dining. Quiet and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our time!! The kids LOVED having the pickle ball/tennis court. Easy access to house, pool, beach. Would stay here again!! Such a nice time . Thank you again! Perfect for being guest at our family wedding we attended.
