East Mesa - Newer Condo Rental

Garage availability, decor, comfortable beds, modern.

No complaints! A lovely comfortable condo. Would most definitely reserve again in the future!

Property was used for a guys annual golf trip and worked well for us. The driving instructions to get to the property could use a bit of work as we ended up at the complex across the street from our desired destination. Having a garage was ideal as we could store our golf clubs there and not have to worry about something happening to them while stored in the rental car. The pool on the property was a bit disappointing as it was extremely small. We stayed in a different property last year that had a large pool and hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all, very pleased with the property and our stay. Would certainly recommend to friends.

Well kept condo. The adjustable bed was great. We'd use it again!

Never even needed to contact the host. Everything was well communicated. The townhome was updated and clean. Well equipped with linens, cleaning supplies, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean, well organized, and a great location for us. It was close to our family’s home that we were visiting and also not far from the airport. We had no issues with anything in the house or with any part of the reservation and stay.

Only made breakfast and was great.

Had everything we needed. Would happily stay again

Clean, great space, bed comfortable, easy to access. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Thank you for a great stay, we would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay! The cleanliness, the space, the ease of everything from start to finish was great. We loved the Keurig with the added milk frother. It’s a nice complex that we felt safe in. There is a small pool that I sat by for a while. It seemed well maintained (I didn’t swim, just tanned!) It was really nice to have a garage. We cooked quite a bit. There are a few staples in the pantry/cupboard (oils, seasonings, sugar ) but a grocery store run would definitely be needed for planned meals. The beds we comfortable. Being able to do laundry was such a plus! At the time of this booking, there was a lot of laundry detergent, so you would be all set! The thought and care of this place was really appreciated, highly recommend!

The host was great! The home beautiful, beds comfortavle, kitchen had everything one could need. Disappointed the pool was freezing.

Home away from home is real. Condo has everything you need. We totally felt safe and comfortable in this house. Very quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the owner. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Our host was very welcoming and made everything easy for us. We appreciated all of the room we had to spread out and to gather. Having a garage was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable place. We were able to check in an hour early which helped our travel plans.

The only factor that brought this rating down was there weren’t any smoke detectors. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating.

It was overall a nice place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. A trash can had not been emptied, soap dispensers were not full and the fridge was dirty. It would be great to have a new sponge to use for dishes. We also wish that plug ins were not used. The fragrance is bothersome. We had a hard time finding parking at times. However we had a top rack for travel so we were not able to park in the garage.

We loved this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It had lots of space. I would definitely stay here again if we are in this area.

was a great location and perfect for staying for business or pleasure

This property is in a safe Mesa neighborhood. It is very clean. The space was very adequate for the 4 adults staying. Beds were all good with nice (not cheap feeling) sheets. Entire condo in good shape. Quiet.Appreciated the garage with garage door opener. Made for easy in and out of the property. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wedding in this area and this was a perfect stay. Incredibly clean and easy to check in. Parking spot in personal garage was a bonus and we highly recommend staying here!

We had an absolute fantastic stay at Gary’s condo! The place was impeccably clean, and well -equipped, and the location was perfect for our experience in Mesa. Gary, was an outstanding holes. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We truly appreciate the thoughtful touches and comfortable amenities. We highly recommend this condo!”

We had a fantastic time in Arizona with a wonderful apartment/condo with everything that you need to make it feel like home. The only thing that would make perfect, is better blinds as the early morning sun comes through.

Clean, convenient, comfortable. Great communication with owners.

Caution no hand rails to go up stairs

The condo was very well equipped. Check in was very easy. Beds were very comfortable as was the couch.

Enjoyed our stay! The condo is very spacious and well stocked. Hosts provided everything you could think of: shower soap, shampoo & conditioner, Ziploc storage bags, and (because it isn’t always the case), plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, etc. There was even a cooler we were able to use when we took a day trip. Huge master bedroom and closet, and the two additional bedrooms were also large. Laundry accommodations were appreciated as we were there for several days. Neighbors on both sides and across the way but we never heard them. Condo is in a good location and the neighborhood is quieter than you think it would be. Several golf courses within a reasonable distance and very close to shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay!!! Very accommodating, clean, and loved the decorations. We felt very comfortable here and will consider staying again next time we visit. Thank for everything!!!

Great condo for a family vacation, had all the amenities we needed and very clean

This was the perfect property for my family on our trip to visit relatives! Easy to get to, clean, and spacious. Loved it and would return anytime!

Great property. As described. Clean. Spacious; stayed here 3 nights with my husband and 3 teens. No one argues when we have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to share! Would absolutely stay here again when we are in town in the future.

Location was nice and easy to get to from the interstate. The space was clean, smelled nice and plenty of space for 4 people.

Home is beautiful and very clean. Fast and great communication.

Nice clean place.

Comfortable, clean, nice place.
