Duval Square Retreat: A beautiful condo steps from the action

We had never been to Key West before and stumbled into a great place! It was perfect for us. Its very nice and in a great location. We plan to be back.

The place was wonderful ! Great location, beautifully furnished and very clean. We loved it. Truly a home away from home!

This rental was great and the staff was great! Highly recommended.

Great property and easy access to Duval St. Plenty of room and it was great having the parking spot in the garage right below the condo. A little less than a mile from Sloppy Joe’s so you can easily get to that end of the street but not have to be in the “party” all the time.

Great Location! Wonderful place to stay. Clean with nicely landscaped grounds & a great pool. Convenient In & Out Parking.

nice quiet location and well-equipped condo

We had a wonderful time. Very clean, well stocked and a perfect location. The pool was an added bonus. We will definitely stay again.

Owner apparently was monitoring the temperature of the unit and called the office for them to let us know to plug-in the window air conditioner in the master bedroom (which by the way, my husband only unplugged because he wanted to plug in his cell phone) and told us not to decrease the temperature below 70. That’s very concerning that he is monitoring our stay.

Everything as advertised and expected.

Overall, a great place. Extremely clean and has great style. Second bedroom very small, but overall a great place!

We enjoyed our stay at Duval Square Retreat. The condo was very clean. We did have a couple of issues but the property managers answered our questions promptly. Thank you for the great stay in Key West!

The good is this condo complex is right off Duval St. with easy walking access to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. The condo itself is spacious and clean and our family of free was comfortable there. The not-so-good was the poor communication with property mgt. After a text was not responded to, I called the property mgt company to inquire as to where we could plug-in our electric golf cart rental, The agent (Carol) was not helpful and actually blamed me for not notifying them ahead of time as they would have recommended a gas-powered unit. We didn't see a single gas-powered golf cart cruising around town during our entire stay. Luckily, I found a plug in the garage on my own and was able to squeeze a charge in. Aside from this service letdown, we really liked the condo and would recommend.

From the first encounter with the front office to our exit of the property everything was excellent!! We could not be more pleased with our stay!

Beautiful, spacious townhome and pool. Great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, sightseeing and even the boat parade going right down Duval Street! Totally recommend!!

Duval Square is a great location. The condo is laid out perfectly for couples sharing space with the two en suites. The rental company provides some convenient basics like hand soap, shower soap, laundry pods etc so you don’t have to purchase things just to use a little. The pool/rooftop area is a nice feature. Parking is great.

Beautiful home located close to the heart of KW with a quiet location, great outdoor space, and all the necessities!
