Stayed Jun 18, 2025The property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. We could walk to everything. The pool was nice too. Only problem was the elevator broke Friday night and wasn't fixed by our checkout time on Monday morning. Lots of trips down the stairs to our cars.

Stayed May 1, 2025Our group of 6 unanimously agrees this was a superb choice for our first visit to Key West; lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent location for everything we wanted to see and do, and excellent restaurants conveniently located all around us. Except for making a grocery store trip, we never had to use the car. It was perfect!

Stayed Dec 12, 2024We had a wonderful time at this property with our group of 10. The location was perfect. Close enough to everything to walk to restaurants, shopping, the Hemingway house and to the marina where we took a sunset excursion. The property is far enough off of Duval street for relaxing but close enough to walk to any activity. The property had plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and a family room and a big kitchen tabke for breakfast and take out dinner at home. We would recommend this property and would definately stay here again.

Stayed Nov 20, 2024We had a family wedding in key West and stayed in the Penthouse. The penthouse is a large rental with ample room to stretch out. The Duval Street location is great, close to Hemingway House and a short stroll to Southernmost Point. No major issues. I think this was a recent renovation so everything was very new. Some minor problems that were inconsequential and taken care of by the rental agency. The circular staircase was a bit hard to navigate with luggage but we found we could simply step out onto the lower balcony and use the back stairs to go up.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a great time. It was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy each other. It did tend to get a little warm upstairs during the hot Florida summer days however The rooms were equipped with plenty of fans, which helped cool things off. We would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend anyone else staying in the keys to take a look at this place and enjoy.
