The condo was extremely clean and exactly like depicted in the listing. The bed was very comfortable. Robert was helpfull with any questions we had and I would 100% stay here again. We had a great vacation.

We greatly appreciated the kind hospitality and quick communication. Condo was perfect for us and loved the view and easy access to the shops and restaurants in Duck.

Location was awesome, as it is in a quiet location with balcony overlooking the ocean. Sunrise heaven! Messaged host upon arrival and received a quick response. He even told us it was ready a little earlier than check in if we wanted to take advantage. I appreciated the gesture!

Sandy Quacks is cute, cozy and clean, and perfectly located in the quaint town of Duck! We also loved the ocean view and close proximity to the pool (which we got to enjoy since it is open until mid-Oct!). It was the perfect spot for me and my three year-old's first family vacation and we would definitely return.

Absolutely loved staying here! I would recommend it highly. The location is wonderful and it really feels like you're at home. The condo is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the host is just a message away (and prompt to respond). We were set to leave and I just wasn't ready, so I messaged them, and it just so happened no one was booked for the next day and they let me extend! The washer & dryer are very nice and clean, they are coin-op so remember to bring a roll of quarters if you're planning to use. I would not doubt the next time we head down to OBX that I will look this place up again!

Perfect little place to stay in Duck NC. Unit was super clean, well maintained and had everything you needed, great oceanfront view from the balcony, just steps from the beach and about half a mile from everything in town. Excellent communication with owners and excellent pricing.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Quacks and enjoyed the exceptional view of the ocean! The checking process was super simple and the condo was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen items and linens. We'll absolutely plan on staying here again and hope that there's availability for our planned week next year. Thanks to the hosts for a fantastic week in Duck! 🦆

Fabulous hosts that have thought of everything! We arrived to blueberry muffins and the condo was available before the 4:00 check-in. Very clean everywhere and a stocked kitchen! They supplied dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponge, dish towels, hair dryer and hand soaps!! Very unexpected as I had brought my own! The porch swing was relaxing in the evening and the binoculars next to the slider were perfect for dolphin sightings!! Lots of sand toys for the beach and chairs and an umbrella! Perfect vacay!

The property was exactly as described in VRBO and the condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The ocean view was beautiful from the back deck and the pool was really nice as well. The host was very prompt with answering any questions we had before and during our stay.

Absolutely loved this condo and its location- got to see dolphins every day from the balcony- also a short walk/drive to downtown duck area! Layout of the condo was very comfortable and host’s thought of everything. Host was great! Very prompt with communication, helpful and thoughtful to make our quick getaway weekend a special one. Highly recommend!
