Dtwn Palm Springs Condo: BBQ, Pool, Fire Pit, etc!

Property was outstanding, clean, everything you needed. Quite, Private

Fabulous place. Extremely well equipped (could not think of anything that was needed) and in a superb location not far from restaurants and bars.

Such a lovely condo - very quiet and comfortable. The outdoor patio space is so enjoyable! Spa heats up quickly and water feature is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and ceiling speakers with Wi-Fi connection was such a delight. Hoping to stay here again in the future!

The condo was great…very comfortable, clean, with wonderful amenities and conveniently located. Charles, the owner, was very responsive & provided excellent details about the condo that made our stay a lot easier. The only downside was Evolve’s (the property management company) Property Damage Protection fee. It’s non-refundable whether you do damage or not. We have no problem with paying a damage security deposit which is then refunded if no damage is done.

Great. Place well stocked for all you need. Also extra beverages in fridge, nice touch.

This was one of the nicest condos I have stayed in Palm Springs. Spacious. Nicely appointed. Amazing location. If you book it you will like it!

The perfect retreat in Palm Springs, close to everything. This is a very well-equipped property, with a comfy bed and beautiful outdoor space with plenty of shady spots. Would 100% stay here again!

Great condo only five minutes from downtown. Very clean and well stocked. Great patio with hot tub, grill and fire pit. Owner very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We love the privacy of the courtyard and plunge pool/spa. Condo is centrally located to our favorite restaurants and golf. Fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Bed is very comfortable. Charles is always responsive and helpful.

This condo was immaculate and well appointed, with high end linens and cupboards of dishware and glasses. The patio is just as pictured, with pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. Our host, Charles, was very attentive. Access was easy and parking right outside. Quick to get into Palm Springs and the other dessert towns are not far away. Highly recommend this rental.

We had great weather; enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit; great kitchen- perfect accommodations for two; quiet and peaceful; close to downtown; excellent host. Hummingbird in her nest outside the front door made our stay a little extra special.

needs better TV could not watch NFL playoff games no local news chanels Roku TV in my opinion is terrible.

This was property lived up to its billing. Clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. The outdoor space is great-wish we could have stayed longer. Very close to down town Palm Springs and about 20 minutes to several golf courses in the area. The owner also gave clear instructions about accessing the property. Would definately return.

The villa is fully equipped, comfortable and cozy inside and out. Great location. Charles was available for our questions. The villa was exactly as posted in the photos and somehow more beautiful.

This was an absolute dream of a vacation. The property is private but close to everything. If you are looking for an outdoor space that wows…this is the place! The outdoor kitchen was spectacular and the dip pool was perfect. I cannot wait to visit again. This is definitely my new home in Palm Springs

This property is exactly like photos! The condo was clean and very comfortable. Charles had details and photos of how everything worked in the condo. We did not have any problems at all! Our favorite part was the outdoor patio space! It was nice to have breakfast on the patio to start our day and then relax in the lounge chairs in the afternoon with a good book or take a little nap. We spent the evenings in the spa with the beautiful starry nights. The spa heated up very quickly and again the directions were perfect! This has been our favorite VRBO so far and we will definitely be back!

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The complex is immaculate, the unit was clean, comfortable, and relaxing; and we hope to return soon. Thank you Charles!
