DT Rooftop Condo | West Bay Views + Walk to Beach

Only gave lower family rate, just a lot of stairs for littler kids and the beds would be too high. Kitchen well stocked. Good location. Clean. As a party of 4 adults we were comfortable appreciated the 2 full baths. Very easy check in and check out.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The private garage was a nice bonus. We loved it and would book again.

House was well organized and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was excellent and in walking distance to restaurants, stores and Clinch Park. The garage for parking is quite a tight space, to the point we could not walk around our midsize suv while parked in it. A larger suv or pickup truck most likely wouldn’t fit so something renters may want to keep in mind. Also house had a lot of large spiders in it so perhaps an exterminator would be helpful. We killed 3 on the bathroom vanity within our first hours there and we spotted more on the ceiling upstairs. Otherwise house was clean and well maintained and a great place to relax after a full day of touring the area.

Perfect location on the West side of town, and also close to all our favorite restaurants and an easy walk to the downtown area. We liked being close to the Leelanau peninsula where we love to hike.We had fun on the rooftop deck in the evening’s.Having a garage was great, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our week there and plan on returning next summer for our trip’s up North!

Enjoyed watching the fireworks from the rooftop. Really appreciated the minimalist vibe of this rental. Parked the car in the garage for the trip and never had a drive. Excellent location and walking distance to all of downtown Traverse City.

This condo is perfectly located for a TC visit - it's an easy walk to Front Street shops and restaurants. Additional advantages are the condo is very tidy and well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet. Disadvantages are the size of the garage, noted by others (and truly a challenge) and the size of the living space. We were there with our children and there was no place to comfortably sit and eat together, play a game, etc. It was workable, but not ideal for a family. For a couple or single people with a small car, this condo is a very good option. Also, owner was very professional.

Place had great location to good restaurants and entertainment. Easy walk to beach and attractions. Cherry Festival was great. Rooftop lovely and great place to watch air show! Will be back!

Very comfortable and great location

The condo was wonderful and very comfortable. Location was perfect and the rooftop patio was perfect for morning coffee and happy hour.

First our code did not work. We had to try 5 times until the door finally opened. After a 7 hour trip that was unnerving. The we opened the garage door. We got our 14 ft SUV in but even though we are both normal weight people we had to sqeeze by the car and wall to get out of the garage into the vestibule. Oh, then the garage door would come down halfway and then go back up. So I tried to call the Mitten Group, the managers of the property. Nobody answered. I texted and heard back. Our fix was to hold the garage door button down until the door tou hed the cement floor. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. We tried to leave our SUV in the garage and walk as much as we could. The door made horrible sounds when it came down. My husband was afraid it would fall on our Lexus SUV. Not a vood scene.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in traverse city. The condo is in a good location. Very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with not having water for a short time because of extremely cold weather and a frozen pipe. When I contacted the host. We received an immediate response and it was taken care of very quickly. And the rest of our stay was just fine. The only thing that isn’t 5 star. Is the garage to the unit is extremely small! If you have a large vehicle you will never fit in it. But,we were told before we came it was small. So that is definitely true. We would stay in this unit again. And recommend it.

Great property. Great communication with host. Everything you need is available. Parking may be an issue if you can't get your vehicle in the garage.

Very nice place. Accurate description and responsive host. Wi-Fi a little weak & slow but that is due router placement. Pleased overall with my stay.

Our stay was great. The loft was very clean and located in walking distance from downtown restaurants and market places. Sleeping was quiet. No traffic noise or other disturbances. Absolutely happy with our stay.

The condo was incredibly clean and ready for checking in. The location was perfect, the entire downtown area was well within walking distance. The included garage parking was greatly appreciated too. Will absolutely be booking this again in the future!

The apartment was nice and tastefully decorated. A few things to be aware of: Stairs- lots of stairs, from garage/ground floor to main floor, from living room to bedrooms, from, bedrooms to rooftop. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, with a full bathroom. The main floor has the second bathroom. Not a big deal, but not that convenient. Garage is really small and narrow. Best not to rent a full size SUV, or van. Rooftop is really nice.

Upon check-in, the apartment had not been cleaned from previous stay and was in a bit of disarray. I messaged owner and was quickly moved to another unit with same layout and garage — new unit was great. Communication was amazing and owner really cared about our stay!
