Stayed Oct 3, 2025Really enjoyed our stay. Outstanding location for the Balloon Fiesta. Only a 30 min. walk to the Chase Team Lot, and if you're polite and explain that you come from down the street, the security folks will let you walk up the road to gate 28. Eric was a great communicator promptly answering any questions we had. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Stayed Jan 26, 2025The place is beautiful, looks exactly like the listing! Pros:- Very charming & cute inside- Everything was clean - Quiet neighborhood - VERY comfortable bed with really nice bedding - Property managers were very responsive and quick to communicate with FYIs:- It’s cold in there during the winter. We didn’t mind at all but just fyi. - The bed is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. We were fine with it but if you get up a lot at night just know this. - The shower tiles are very slippery so step carefully or ask for an anti slip mat. The property managers provided us an anti slip mat the day we requested it. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful casita!
