Beaver, pubs, and the iconic Oceanside Pier.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy open-concept living space designed for
comfort and relaxation. The living room features a pull-out sofa sleeper and a
pull-out chaise, perfect for additional guests. One of the bedrooms is located in a
private casita, offering extra privacy while still keeping loved ones close. Each
bedroom features memory foam mattresses, ample natural light, and en-suite
bathrooms for ultimate comfort.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — including
serveware, cookware, kitchen tools, and a wine fridge — making it easy to
prepare meals and entertain. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony
with panoramic ocean views, or unwind on the private balcony perfect for BBQs
and outdoor dining.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, three wall-mounted TVs, a full-size washer
and dryer, air conditioning, and underground gated parking with two reserved
spaces. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private open courtyard and
safely store your beach toys for the next adventure.

Pet-friendly and steps from the ocean, this condo perfectly combines
convenience, and the laid-back charm of coastal living.

AC: Enjoy whole-home comfort with central air conditioning, providing
consistent cooling throughout the property. This system ensures an even
temperature in every room and is ideal for larger spaces or homes where
comfort is a priority.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

    We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The views were absolutely stunning, and the place was so clean and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with everything being within walking distance. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!     Came out to see friends and family for a quick weekend stay. The home is beautiful and right on the water. Probably going to book again, at least I’ll try. The property manager is great, this is the third time at three different properties that we have used them. Nothing changes from property to property, their service is spot on. Great job! Bobby

    What an incredible home! It's even better than the pictures. We had a wonderful time sitting on the deck watching the waves role in. Sunsets were heavenly. The condo had everything we need and more. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dream place to stay!

    The condo easily accommodated our family (four adults—including two grown sons who wanted their own space) and a dog but could handle more. Plenty of room to spread out but also a large living area and open dining room/kitchen to gather. The balcony and view were amazing. All was as listed, and we hope to stay there again.
