The gorgeous kitchen features designer appliances, a double oven, beautiful slab quartz countertops, custom tiling to the ceiling, and countertop-height bar.

The master bedroom has three large windows looking out to a view of the lake through one row of interspersed trees. Sink into a new, comfortable king bed, Smart TV, luxury duvet, dresser, and ample closet hanging space. The attached quartz vanity with designer backsplash tile to the ceiling and wood tambour accents has double sinks and jacuzzi tub/shower encased in a beautiful full tile surround.

The guest bedroom is fitted with a custom white oak King bed with a full-size, comfortable Queen rolling trundle underneath, another large Smart TV, large closet, and yet another filtered lake view. The guest bath is off the hallway and dazzles with a shower/tub combo in designer tile surround and full wall backsplash tile.

There is a lovely seasonal pool 100 yards from the condo, (open Memorial Day-Labor Day), and a shallow lake beach great for kids (you might bring Crocs because Table Rock can be pretty pebbly). A larger pool further up the hill features a bridge, lounge chairs, and new pickleball courts, a small mini-golf course, as well as a bbq area (in addition to the new Blackstone grill on the deck).

There is not a boat slip but several launches nearby and Port of Kimberling (What`s Up Dock) has nightly slip rentals about 7 min drive away. The Army Corps of engineers does not allow most condos to let nightly rental guests use slips so you will rarely find those, but we`re appreciate of our convenient trailer parking, which is increasingly rare. Ask us where to get non-motorized lake toys delivered from--you can launch without ever leaving the resort complex!

Kimberling City is an adorable little community in a tranquil, private setting only thirty minutes to the heart of Branson. You`re 3 minutes from downtown Kimberling, 15-20 minutes to Silver Dollar City (avoid the traffic coming from Branson!), and obviously right on Table Rock Lake!

There is a long, exterior staircase down to access the condo (how else could you get so close to the lake! ), so if you have mobility concerns please take that into account.

We allow dogs only (maximum of two, no cats), just add them to your reservation (we charge a flat $100 pet fee per stay) and keep them on a leash while on condo property (they can be off leash at the lake shoreline). Also, dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding so we can keep our home allergen-free for our other guests.

We aren`t a big rental agency like most listings in this area--we own three condos and live within 30 minutes of all of them. You won`t find dusty quilts or ratty towels--we replace all linens every season and provide bath sheets in the master and oversized duvets on both king beds for ultimate sleep quality.These are our personal vacation condos that we want everyone to enjoy as much as we do; we`ve been hosting almost five years and love making vacation dreams come true!
