My Wife and I leased property for 2 months and had an excellent experience . Unit is clean, spacious and very nicely furnished with every item needed. Owner Marc is most gracious and attentive to all our inquiries and needs. Would highly recommend and would definitely lease again.

We stayed at Mark’s place from December until January and were really happy being in Waikoloa. It was a short drive to the beach and a staying in the village gave us more of a chance to enjoy the local life more than you would in hotel land. Mark’s condo had everything we needed for our family and was well stocked (Basic necessities) and cleaned for our arrival. We were sad to learn that the village pool would be under renovation during part of our stay, which was no fault of Mark’s. To compensate he gave us a discount which helped to ease the disappointment. As a result, we spent most of our days at the beach, which were awesome. If you are spending more than 30 days on the island, this place is a good spot to make your home.
