Downtown Waterfront! Cozy Space in the heart of Grand Haven!

Absolutely amazing property in a fantastic location.

Love the location for dining, shopping, and exploring. Discovered gorgeous walking areas with the Grand River and Ottawa Sand Lake. Well kept, clean, comfortable furniture (a rarity with rentals), location is perfect. We walked to everything we wanted to do: dine, lighthouse, stores, and restaurants. Kitchen has all the essentials. We loved it & Grand Haven! Wish we could call it our second home.

We had a great mini vacation staying in your condo in Grand Haven. We used it as our base, and ventured to Saugatuck, Holland and Muskegon. We walked the pier and hit a few of the shops in downtown GH. Thank you for allowing us to use your place for our getaway.

Wow this place was amazing!!! The cute place the amazing piano building. It was a veey cold November week and we did not have to leave the building to go to.bar or restaurant. Would.come again in the warmer months. Thank you for the beautiful memories.

The location is close to everything. The balcony has a nice view plus there is a beautiful patio on the 4 th flour overlooking the water. We could walk to the pier, shop, and eat. The neighborhood appeared safe and all around people were friendly. It was easy to get around. We would definitely stay again!! It was very clean and quiet too!!

Perfect location. The building was so cool. Walking distance to restaurants, lake/river boardwalk and ice cream. Plenty of walking trails within a 15 minute walk.

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Can't say enough about the location, close to everything we wanted. We're thinking of making it an annual trip.

Wonderful condo, perfect for my sister and I. The elevator is a necessity for us and the enclosed walkway across the street was extremely convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location to access downtown Grand Haven. It is walking distance to enjoy musical fountain and farmers market. Extra treat of watching the coming and going of freighter on Grand River from balcony

This is a great prperty but the location is what really makes it. Easy walking distance to everything. Host was very řesponsive. Enjoyed the deck space too. Would come back again.

Overall, very nice. Wish we could have viewed the channel better but over grown Tree in front of the balcony blocked the view. Also chairs on the balcony were too low to see over the railing. Chairs needed to be taller. Chairs on roof top deck need to be taller to see over the railing and watch the musical fountain.

The condo was just as described. Very clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to everything in the downtown area, even with 2 young children. Only a couple of minute drive to the beach. Check in/check out was easy and straight forward. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cozy and convenient! My husband and I had a wonderful weekend so near the beach, the musical fountain, shopping and restaurants in a quiet building.

Our family loved our stay at this property. It was a great spot for my family for a week. Great location, able to walk to the shops on the main strip and able to walk through the building to OddSide Ales and SideBar Coffee.

Great trip, super host…and we got snow!

Loved our stay. We have stayed at this particular condo 3 times and with this owners properties on two other occasions. Great people to work with and love the area. We had unusually warm conditions for mid March but loved it. Took a walk to the lighthouse and pier and visited many local breweries and restaurants. We will be back again.

Just an overnight stay but it was very nice. Clean and cozy. Love the character with open beams and brick! Close to restaurants and shops. Great location for the busy summer months.

Convenient downtown location.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We walk downtown. It was nice to get away from the every day hustle and bustle. We spent most of our time in the condo putting together puzzles and just enjoy enjoying the environment. It was cute and cozy. Very clean. Everything about our stay was excellent. The building is so quiet. We definitely would come back.

We spent 2 nights at your cozy comfortable condo. Everything we needed was available. Close walk to Lake Michigan on the boardwalk. Downtown was vibrant with many quaint shops and restaurants. We spent a week discovering Michigan and enjoyed each and every adventure. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Overall the place was nice. Good location. We really appreciated the suggestions made by host. Within walking distance to a lot of places. The bathroom could have used more attention as there was hair all over it. The property itself does have a moldy smell to which is not the host’s fault but just wanted to mention for those who are sensitive to this.

Location, location, location! Great condo, great city.

This condo has a ton of character, the old brick factory turned into condos is so cool! Attached to Odd Side ales, across from city marina, mile from Lake Michigan beach, how can you go wrong.

It was very dirty in the property. Refrigerator had box of baking soda dated from 2015. Dish brush in the kitchen sink was filthy. Pink mold on the shower treads. Dishwasher didn’t drain and all dishes smelled like mildew. Property manager was quick to respond and friendly but just so dirty.

This is an excellent location to explore and enjoy downtown Grand Haven. This condo offered great views of the downtown waterfront. The condo was clean and the owners were always readily available to answer questions. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Enjoyed the location as it is very convenient to restaurants and shops. Would recommend the condo for that reason alone!

We had a great stay, a perfect location to enjoy all the Coast Guard had to offer. We had 4 awesome days and our Son & granddaughter joined for an overnight to see the amazing firework show right outside of our condo. The unit was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay. Jenna was very professional in all ways and so prompt with any response to our questions/needs. Loved it. Thank you Jenna; 5 stars to you, also.
