Clean and beautiful. Wonderful location. Easy access to shops, restaurants and you can walk along the canal to Lake Michigan. In fact, you can park your car and leave it. Then, when you return, there are two comfy couches to stretch out on. Very enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Great location and very clean!

My husband and I celebrated our 37th anniversary with a little weekend getaway. We were so pleased with our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful, cozy and very clean!! We are tough customers, both very hospitality and business minded, which can be a curse at times, we found this place perfect for our needs and desires! No problems or complaints whatsoever. Host was very easy to communicate with. We loved the exposed brick and wood beams and the rich history of this old piano factory. We definitely plan to come back next year!

Good location

Overall this was a great property. The location is fantastic for easy access to downtown, with tons of great shopping and food options within walking distance. Check in and out is simple and fast. This was a good property for us having only one child. We would stay here again. Very clean and covered our basic needs.

This condo is a must. Perfect location, quiet, comfortable and clean. The host does an amazing job to ensure a memorable stay. Everything from decor to amenities.-Including a full kitchen, soaps, paper towel,Salt, pepper, Sugar and laundry detergent. If you like fresh grated cheese from a block, you’ll need to bring your own grater. That is such a minimal need, however. We will definitely be back if welcomed back. I did accidentally leave behind a few bags of chips and bread ;) oops! The location is so ideal for evening walks, icecream, food, shopping and the musical fountain. Everything is as advertised and even more- surprise bath bombs for the tub! The location is the best- very, very safe.

My partner and I have stayed here for 4 years in a row. That should speak volumes to how much we love the property and the location. I'm sure we'll be back next year.

Great location for enjoying the social district, about a mile walk to the beach, right across the canal from the musical fountains. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Heart of Grand Haven, across the street & everything walkable. Location-location! What I didn’t expect: getting the fob & check in was complicated, lighting in bathroom wasn’t good, no shampoo, no outside bug candles but an ashtrayI was told the parking numbers didn’t matter & no guest spots for additional people; but had a large note on my windshield the next day-neighbor was gracious clarifying parking. I was told to start laundry & dishwasher but charged cleaning fees-I’m a respectable renter and clean up after myself, took the trash out. No welcome snax or drinks and the view is not river view it’s the side so partial @ the end of the street: def was good to be in the location.

Amazing location! You just walk out the door and you’re in downtown Grand Haven. The shops and restaurants were wonderful. Highly recommend North Beach for young families!Only cons were the pillows are very thin and hard so I’d recommend bringing your own. The AC pipes in the main bedroom were also very loud and rattled all night so we swapped rooms every night to give the other group a good nights sleep.

Really nicely furnished, easy to walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. I enjoyed taking a morning walk with my coffee to the water and doing some yoga on the grass on the waterfront. You can take a jog or walk also along the waterfront there’s a beautiful path that runs all the way through downtown area. Hostess is very kind and was great at accommodating my needs.

Beautiful condo! The building has so much history and beautiful architecture. The balcony and outside space is a great addition. The host, so generous and accommodating! Close to the waterfront, restaurants and shopping. The building has a fourth floor sitting room where you can see the nightly show on the banks of the river. Only downfall, for those who appreciate more quiet space, you can hear activity in adjoining condo and street noise. Otherwise, this is a lovely place to enjoy.

Close to everything!

100% would recommend this spot to family and friends and will plan to stay again in the future! Very close to restaurants and walking distance to many great spots to check out for family fun. We really liked our place, the only thing preventing us from giving a 5 star rating for the cleanliness was some dustiness/dirtiness of the floors, rugs, and under the beds - but everything else 5 stars and again we’d love to come back!

It was good overall other than a key not being where it was supposed to be in order to check in but luckily when I called she answeted right away

The condo was lovely and is in a great location.

Great location and very nice facility. The only observations we might make, to be helpful, is that the furniture isn't ideal (the couch in the living room is uncomfortable) and we couldn't get the light to come on in the living room - maybe there's a trick to where/how the switch works or maybe just that the bulb was out. My family really enjoyed staying at this location. Everything was in walking distance. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

The condo was clean, spacious and in good shape. We were permitted to check in early which was very nice. Condo is in a great location and we felt very safe. The check-in instructions could use some tweaking. Upon arrival, we didn't know where to park. We reached out and host responded saying it's in the instructions, however, both my husband and I could not find anything mentioning which spot to park in. We drove around the entire property trying to figure it out while waiting for a reply. End result, we learned that we could park in any spot marked 110 in the lower lot, which there are many. Also, we realized the key fob in the lobby must be held in front of the black reader, not underneath. You could hear the people above talking, running water and moving around, but we weren't in the condo much, just to sleep so it was tolerable. Be sure to bring your own bath supplies because only a hand soap pump was provided in the bathroom, which is unusual but we checked everywhere. Wished there were instructions for the washing machine since we were required to start the laundry for the cleaners. Overall, it was a convenient and nice place to stay for our 2 nights.

Beautiful Condo in Downtown Grand Haven!

This Vrbo was great for myself and my husband. It was right near the water very convenient to where everything we needed to be was the condo was clean updated and very cozy for the two of us. The owner was very helpful when I was having issues getting into the building, which I appreciate very much after a very, very long drive. The next time we go, we will definitely see if this is available.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Grand Haven. The unit was right downtown, attached to restaurants, breweries and a coffee shop. Everything else Grand Haven has to offer was a short walk away. We stayed in the same place last April, and somehow loved it more this time around. Will definitely be coming back.

Adorable little apartment/condo. Easy to get to main shopping. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. The ONLY thing I was bummed about was that I wasn't able to have the hot bath I was looking forward to since the water got cooler as it filled, but I was able to have hot showers. We would stay again for sure!!

This was a wonderfully located condo for a fun girls trip. Loved the enclosed walkway to get across the street to the brewery/coffee shop. Especially when it was snowing and blowing. Shops were cloae and fun to explore. Beach was just a short drive away to see the sunset anlighthouse.

This place is right downtown, a block from the main shopping street and the boardwalk down to the beach and the lighthouse. It is easy enough to drive out to 31 if you want to roam. This is a modernized building with an open dining, kitchen, and living room space, and a big bath with a soaking tub as well as a shower. All was clean and bright. The huge windows face a street and another building, but get lots of light, the balcony is large and you can see the channel from it. We went off season, so it was very quiet. This is our second stay which tells you we like it.

Very accommodating, we needed to change our stay date and was very easy to do that.

We picked the location because of a wedding in the connected building. Could not have been more convenient. Place was exactly what we wanted. Walkable to anything we wanted and the jetted tub was nice to have coming out of the cold.

Awesome location 1 block from downtown Grand Haven. Condo was updated with a nice kitchen, bath and comfortable beds. Access to the condo and communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Condo was as described in the listing.

This unit was exactly as described. Comfortable & clean living area. We didn't use much in the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked.

This is a lovely condo close to everything fun in Grand Haven. We were very comfortable and cozy. The condo is laid out well and had everything we needed. Our only concern was the noise. We heard neighbors a time or two, but were woken up in the night by snow plows, trash trucks, and delivery vehicles servicing the downtown area in the wee hours. That was the only downside. Would stay here again for the comfort and convenience.

Great place for a getaway. Property was clean, safe, and in a terrific location. We were able to walk basically everywhere, but anywhere we needed to drive to was easily accessible as well. The attached outdoor patio/balcony was amazing! Great view and a wonderful place to relax with a cup of coffee. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen, but if you plan to cook, bring EVERYTHING you need as this apartment only has the bare essentials. The jetted tub was nice, but the hot water heater couldn't keep up for a full tub of HOT water. Tip, fill to just above the jets for the water to be high enough to circulate and still hot. You can fill it higher, but the water will only be warm.

The condo was perfect. The location was amazing and we could walk to everything. We started our mornings at the Great Harvest Bread Company, you have to try their cinnamon rolls. The beds were so comfortable and it is decorated so cute. We will be back!

Everything was great!. We loved the location and proximity to the water plus the loft feel, large windows, exposed brick, deck and privacy. Check in was a little convoluted but manageable. My only criticism would be the early check out time of 10 am. It was a challenge and an extra hour or more would have been appreciated and we would not feel rushed. Overall, highly recommended!

This aparment was in a really great location a block off the river and a block of the downtown area. Everything was nice and clean. My only complaint was the beds were the same quality of ones found in military barracks, but this can be mitigated by beers from the attached brewery

My friend and I stayed here this past weekend and it was perfect. The condo is clean, comfortable and decorated so well. It is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We both wpuld love to come back with our husbands/kids!
