Stayed May 31, 2023Pros: Good location, easy check in and check out by Richie Wright, the rental agency rep Cons: Extremely expensive, 29th floor- difficult to walk down the stairs in case of fire alarm (Happened twice in 2 months), no work table, uncomfortable couch, street noise on opening windows

Stayed Jun 1, 2022We rented this space for a full two months for a corporate employee who was in town training, and also had mentioned upon renting that we would have a second employee who would be joining for a small portion of the time. The ad had originally noted that it slept 4 people, and that there was a den that could be used as a second room to sleep. It was more of a storage closet and was also full of storage. The couch in the living room was also too small to have another person sleep on it. When I brought this up to the host, and also included a screenshot of the original ad showing that it listed 4 people as being able to stay there, I expected that I might be offered a small refund as a courtesy. Instead, they said that they were sorry the ad was wrong, and that they would drop off an air mattress. As if I would be able to offer an employee accommodation on an air mattress!!! Ended up having to get another place for the 2nd employee which is what I was trying to avoid. Not my idea of customer service when the ad was clearly misleading. No way this place could sleep 4, and could only even sleep 2 if they were a couple.
