Downtown Traverse City Luxury Condo - Capri 3

The condo was thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities of home. Great communication, lodging and value! Hope to come back in the future!

We had excellent communication with our hosts - they were open and available if we had had any problems. We had no problem with finding the location, or with parking. It was clearly stated that parking might cost money. We did not have to pay either of the nights we stayed. But we were fortunate - there are not many spots to park for free. This is NOT the hosts' fault and is completely out of their control. Take note of that and be aware that you may have to pay for parking. The condo itself was exactly as pictured and was just fabulous. So very clean and restful. We ate in for several of our meals - everything we needed to prepare food and clean up afterwards was supplied. There were many towels, a variety of shampoos and body washes, good (thick) toilet paper (that's a thing, yes!!), TV was easy to figure out, hair dryer, washer and dryer if needed, so many things. Loved the calm colors. Loved the lighting, it was very bright. The bed was comfy. The shower was tall enough for my husband to stand in without hitting the top (he's tall) and was a nice shower. The bathroom was nice and big. We will definitely stay here if we should ever go up overnight again! Thank you for a restful, calm couple of days away from the rat race!!

Kitchen was well equipped. We mostly ate out because there are great restaurants walking distance from the condo. Clean and easy check in and out. Host was responsive. We will be back.

Property was clean and quiet. Had everything we needed and then some. Communication was great. Location was perfect for our needs. Would recommend to friends and for sure stay again. Wished there was more free parking but didn’t effect us too bad.

Property was clean, bright, and the bed was very comfortable. All information about how to get into the building was succinct and easy to understand. Unfortunately, my husband has some mobility issues and I did not realize there are no elevators to get up to our rooms. He had a hard time with all the stairs. The stairs are narrow and made it hard to carry luggage upstairs. There is no close place to drop off one’s stuff and park. That said, it was a beautiful space for the weekend.

Short walk to downtown. Omelette SHoppe was great for breakfast or lunch.

The condo unit was very comfortable and clean. The hosts offered shampoo, condition and body wash so that was a nice bonus. The unit had plenty of pillows and blankets along with a nice variety of kitchen supplies. The only issues were a slippery shower floor and parking. The parking lot is small and often no spaces were available. We ended up having to pay for parking in the parking garage across from the condo.

Lisa and David were the perfect hosts. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It was spotless and smelled fresh. I called David for a non-emergency (I needed help finding the Detroit Lions game) and he literally walked me through step by step. My Mom and I appreciated you for doing that! Overall, we highly recommend staying with them!

Davis and Lisa were super easy to deal with, they were very accommodating when we needed to move our stay last minute. Condo is in a great location if you want to walk to all that Traverse City has to offer. Perfect for our quick trip. Will stay again.

You really cannot beat the location which is about 5 minutes walking to downtown. We had a great trip in this particular unit! Everything was clean, well appointed and the hosts were very responsive!

Wonderful condo-great location. We like to walk to restaurants and attractions to this was perfect. Hosts were great! We had everything we needed for our brief stay.

We loved that Capri 3 was walking distance to so many things— restaurants, shops, parks, and a co-op supermarket. The condo is a great place for couples or families with children. The king bed is very comfortable. The limited parking behind the Capri condos was in great demand during our June stay, so you may have to use the parking garage next door. Lisa sent all the needed information well in advance and responded quickly when messaged. We would stay here again in the future.

Such a cozy condo! My husband, son (6month old) and I booked this condo because of the location! We were coming into town for our first getaway as a family of 3 and for family photos. This place was perfect for us!
