Downtown Traverse City Condo. Great Location. New King Bed

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Easy walk to downtown TC and also to to lovely 4-mile Boardman trail loop. Parking was actually quite easy in the nearby deck. Great place to stay!!

Super easy access to everything. All the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. Hosts were super helpful and helped to make our stay wonderful and memorable.

Amazing space! Warm, welcoming, wonderful! All the amenities ( well stocked kitchen, lovely living room, comfortable king size bed. Start with all the things you would need for the apartment.! Controlled heating. I love the caramel popcorn as a sweet gift. The others go out of their way they make you feel welcome and taking care of; easy to communicate with them. Well maintained pathways during the snow storm what’s up a necessity and a blessing! Thank you. Look forward to you reserving this space again when we come back to visit Traverse City. Thank you, David and Lisa for being great ambassadors to your city and providing a wonderful home while I was there.

The condo was located within walking distance of all the great restaurants and shops in downtown Traverse City. It was spacious and clean, and the communication with the owner was great.

The condo was such a perfect location and so close to downtown! It had everything we needed and it was such a perfect size for our family of 4. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The high chair (and pack and play) were a great bonus! Lisa was such a phenomenal host and so easy to contact with quick response times! We will absolutely be back!

I stayed here as single woman. I loved the location and chose this condo because of it. I felt safe walking around downtown by myself. The other tenants are quiet. The condo is nice and clean. And I was super happy that they had little coffee creamers in the cupboard so I didn’t have to buy some. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here on our anniversary trip and it was absolutely perfect. The host was so nice and so easy to get in contact with and the location was great! It’s a very quick walk to the downtown area to get to the bars/restaurants and only a 20 min or so drive to some of the wineries on old mission peninsula. There were even some restaurants right outside the complex. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. We already can’t wait to go back and stay there again. Highly recommend!!

The condo was quite comfortable it had everything we needed and then some! The location was perfect. It is close enough to walk to many great restaurants, shopping downtown and morning walks on trails. We bought a parking pass to a parking garage that was adjacent to the condo. We brought our bikes and went biking everyday. The bike trails are well kept and short drives from the condo. The owners were quick to reply to our questions and very helpful. We loved our stay and hope to return again.

The location was perfect, just a short walking distance to downtown Traverse! The place was super clean and safe, and communication was great! I have zero negative things to say!

Loved this place. Cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Location was perfect for exploring TC on foot. Simple check-in and out. Communication with owner was fast and simple. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting TC. Also, if staying for a few days or more buy the 30 day parking pass for the Old Town garage. Well worth the money, made parking super simple.

We were in town for a wedding and had plenty of time to explore. The neighborhood is convenient to downtown but just far enough to be quiet. The condo was clean and stocked with coffee for the Keurig, and shampoo, conditioner , and soap for bathing. Also appreciated that there is a washer and dryer available, though we didn’t have to use them (except that we started a load of used linens before we left). My husband and I were very comfortable in the bedroom and very happy to have our adult daughter and our infant granddaughter join us. We were informed that the sofa bed was also comfortable and the pack-n-play was suitable for the baby. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels for all of us. The baby enjoyed looking at the children’s books and “doing” the puzzle that were found in the television stand. The condo is located close to the parking garage and street parking at meters was free on Sunday. We borrowed the available bikes for a quick trip to the market and they were easily accessible and in good working order. We had several questions for the proprietors and they responded in a very timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here!

First, the place was immaculate and the photos accurately reflected the updated interior. All the amenities were there for an enjoyable stay. Perfect size for a couple. The apartment is a couple blocks from the downtown shopping area and the waterfront, but back enough to avoid the hubbub and crowds. We took day trips to Old Mission peninsula, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and Mackinac Island, all within easy drives. We even got in a round of golf! The parking garage is about a half block from the apartment and provides secure covered parking out of the elements. The alleyway in back of the apartment building allows easy access for loading and unloading. First stop in town should be at the city parking authority to pick up your garage parking pass, which you can purchase online before you get there. Lisa was a great host and a pleasure to work with!

My husband and two kids enjoyed a 3 night stay in Traverse City over the 4th. This was a great place to enjoy the events in the city as it was a short (10 to 15 min) walk to restaurants, shops, and the park where the Cherry Festival and fireworks are held. On the owner’s recommendation we bought a month pass at the Old Town parking garage which is next to the property. We were very comfortable in the space and found everything we needed to cook a meal and even do a load of laundry. Great, clean place to stay. Thanks!
